@@imranmollick8553 I do scalping now and then , I know what are the nuances of that , i was wondering you are trying to ask some question , if so what's that ? thats why i replied with a "??" Your question bluntly says "Then how scalping happen ?" It may be scalping , Momentum,Positional trading here this video simply mentions how to calculate the breakeven for put and call thats it .

@@imranmollick8553now I understand the context of your question Say in scalping let's take an option buyer for instance He buys a CE of stike 140 for a price of 10 so the Break even is 150 , but here at which point he has bought this option At expiry the asset should trade above this 150 but say he has bought this option at 130 anything above this point will show a notional gain , this can be exited and profit may be booked by him ...that's how scalpers normally do ... But the fundamental is always we speak about an options profit or loss at the date of EXPIRY . In a nur shell Scalpers do not wait for expiry they book profits before expiry to move on to another positions in trending or highly volatile market condiuions...hope this helps

Yes , it can differ , options time value will not decrease or increase exactly at the same pace for two different options the rate of change can be different ,consider watching the Gamma video in this series in other words the rate of change or the acceleration or the pace of change in theta value for two different options with the same expiry need not be exactly the same.
