Piss on the union They won’t even let you do side work, make you pay dues when they don’t have work for you. The union only pays off 30 years from now. Or you could not work with the union as an electrician and be WAY further along with your career and finances in 10 years

What is a student union building?
This is not what we need. More than enough young people have the passion they sign up in droves every year. the problem is you break them, if you look at the turnover rate for ages 18-28. The real problem is the culture of most jobsites. The fact extreme hazing is not just accepted but expected and praised. Most of today's young view hazing as hate, disrespect, or in general an attempt to get them to quit. Teach old folks to teach Punish bullying in the workplace you'll have more young workers then you even know what to do with
