Jon, we are located in Northern California, in the heart of Sonoma County’s wine country. We are about 1 1/2 hour drive north of the Golden Gate on HWY 101
@@Healdsburgchryslerdodgejeepram I appreciate you folks getting back to me, I know where your dealer is located I’ve actually been there, the reason I was inquiring is because I was looking for either a TRX or a 392, I was also in the process of looking for a ram 2500 so basically it was coming down to a 2500 purchase and a 392 or TRX purchase all within the same month but prior to you getting back to me I made or at least tried to make contact with one of your sales managers who I met, I set up an appointment to bring my jeep in to get trade-in value and when I got there she wasn’t there she went home for the day with no notice then One of your employees who calls customers and asks how he could help us make a sale do business with your company I told him my situation we had a few back-and-forth conversations I said I would get back to him in a week or so, he text me many times so I reached out sent him some text messages telling him I made a decision on purchasing a 392 you folks had a green one at another dealership so I asked him if it was still available I told him that I was dealing with the sales manager and she had a black one and she said she might sell it so I sent him that message no response I also sent her messages no response and after sending a few messages with no response I feel they thought I was probably full of it maybe wasting everyone’s time so I went to another dealership when I got there the same day I purchased a 2500 and a week later I ordered a 392 and your company lost my business, I didn’t feel good about the whole thing again buying a vehicle should be fun and maybe I was driving everyone nuts but I had questions and I was trying to make a decision and spending a lot of money it’s a shame your sales manager would not give me the time of day or the gentleman who calls folks up trying to help make a sale but I do appreciate you at least getting back to me you’re one of the few.

@@Healdsburgchryslerdodgejeepram then I apologize if it wasn’t your dealership I thought you told me it was in Santa Rosa California and that’s the dealership that would not return my phone calls the sales person she owned a block 392 that she said she was going to may be Sell and the store told me that one of there other stores had a Sarge green 392 and I was trying to buy either one they said with a little work they could get the green one to the Santa Rosa store also in the process I was trying to purchase a ram 2500 so if that wasn’t your store I apologize.

My wife just picked one up this past weekend. We were made aware of something called ducking, by the dealer. Where someone may leave a duck on the hood? Is there any truth to this? If we do receive one do we pay it forward and give another jeep a duck and keep a pack of ducks in the glove compartment lol. All jokes aside this thing is awesome! They are so much fun to drive! I wish i could trade my ram in and get one myself but we need at least one practical vehicle for our Rugrat. So far this thing is worth every penny.

You need to PURCHASE the Bead Lock Ring separately. You CAN'T just let the air out and have bead lock wheels. You should specify this before somebody actually does that.
