CONGRATS! I'm a college student who has plans to move from Oregon to Berkely or Chico Ca because it's less expensive than places like LA. Mostly I just HATE the rain and love the sun lol. I hope this all works out for me and it makes me so happy to see others living their dream ahh you go girl
