I didn't realize that Red's was a turnaround story. I had assumed that the place had steady business for years before becoming legendary. I have driven past here many times on Route 1, but have not stopped. There always seems to be a line. I think I will make it a point to pull over and order one lobster roll during an off-peak time.

The best below average pizza I ever had.

Three things I would have liked to have seen covered: The soup Greens and Beans is fantastic; When did the train get installed and how much have they sent to charity using that train; the tables in the center are communal and you could be rubbing elbows with all kinds of people. A great place all the way around!

Delicious looking, old school sandwiches, loaded with meat like they were 20 years ago. All for half the price of Katz’… $14.99 for a Bada-Boom (Large) Sub! 😋 I wish her great and continued success.
