Ideally, if you are doing freelance on a side with a fixed job then it should not be mentioned on your CV under the experience header, i mean you should keep it seperate. But i have seen people doing freelance as a full time job and still getting job here.. so short answer is it does not effect people or organisation here as long as you are good at what you do [the position you are applying for]

There is no specific criteria on who should move and who should not! Also this is very vague - there are a lot of things to consider and this is why we always start from the basics! There is not hardcoded process of how to move with Jobs! So yea bear with me

Well you can find everything in Estonia for example all the masalay and everything but do bring some basic medicine like panadol and something that your kids take, bring vitamin D capsule kiuke yaha walo mai gelatine hota hai that has 🐷.. Jackets waghaira but ziada nahi kiuke waha ki jackets yaha sardiyo mai kaam nahi ayengi.. a tawa :) (pan for roti) :) but flat bottom walay since most of the house here have electric stove!
