Volotea - In-Flight Wine Tasting
April 13th 2024 marked a special celebration aboard our inaugural flight from Verona to Bordeaux. In collaboration with La Cité du Vin of Bordeaux, as part of our sponsorship of the museum's Via Sensoria exhibition, we offered our passengers an exclusive in-flight wine-tasting experience. This event was expertly led by sommelier Giulia Pussini. Passengers had the option to enjoy a sparkling wine from Conegliano Valdobbiadene or a non-alcoholic Organic Apple Lavender drink from Maison Meneau. 🍾

Al sacar los billetes, tenía que entrar por megavolotea, decía que era de prueba, pero ya me han hecho el cargo sin ningún tipo de confirmación por mi parte. Y si quiero cancelarlo no hay forma. seguiré intentándolo. Hay un botón en la página para cambiar la suscripción, pero me da pánico pulsarlo por si me cambian a la opción plus o similar y me vuelven a cobrar. Ala, a pelear con ellos. Es lo de siempre, y ya aburren tantos timos consentidos.

Hanno tentato di addebitarmi € 59,59, per l'abbonamento a Megavolotea nonostante l'abbia richiesto. Meno male che la transazione è stata rifiutata dal circuito di pagamento. Ho tentato più volte di contattare il servizio clienti senza nessuna risposta, tantomeno è stato possibile inoltrare reclamo tramite il loro form. INAFFIDABILI.!!
Trampa total, te lo renuevan automáticamente al año y con un incremento del 20% del precio y si te despistas y se te pasan los 30 días para reclamar, lo pierdes todo. Encima el formulario de reclamación te pide número de reserva de tu vuelo que por supuesto no tienes, ya que no es una consulta de vuelo sino una solicitud de desestimiento, lo que impide que puedas enviarla. No aceptan otra vía, yo les escribí a su página de Facebook y te contestan pero no aceptan como válido lo que les pides. La historia de siempre, para darte de alta todo facilidades, para irte...

4 passengers included. But remember to be Megavolotea while you travel or else you will lose the benefits. Also, at least one of the passengers must be the membership owner and travel with the rest if the others want to keep the benefits.
