I used it on my old concrete porch. When it rains it comes thru the concrete. But I put 2 coats of this Semco on the porch and no rain came thru the concrete. It really works good. 5 stars for real. Then I painted it with paint sand so it won't be slippery when it rains. Had the porch patch underneath last year and to my surprise one year later no water coming thru. Now I'm going to do my God Mother metal roof will let you know how it turns out. It might cost a little more but we'll worth it

Seeing The amount of work time and money spent on material here , it’s better just to rip the tiles and lay new ones. Straight forward
In some instances it makes sense to replace with tile but the benefit of resurfacing with our system is that you now have a surface without grout which can stain and break down over time. In addition, when you remove tile it is very dusty and can create issues with transitions, cabinetry etc.

What do you do about a corner needing more slope?
Not sure if your pitching a product, service or just information and if spraying is the only option then you won't go far. (Just my opinion)
