I think the tutorial needlessly confuses things by referring to bearing 90degrees as east, as the bearing is relative to the direction you are facing, so could be in fact be north, or south!

Tinkerer or Metalsmith are the way to go imo. You get so much out of those crafts, particularly in vanilla lotro/EoA, as the crafted gear is always relevant, from early game, all the way to end game.

The Guardian dps ramps up a bit in later levels, particularly if you run with a 2 handed weapon. But you're right, in general their damage is quite low. That's one of the things that was so great about vanilla lotro though, each class really was designed for its core role and played that role really well.

With a high dps reaver barb, you really don’t need knockbacks and stuns. Spec dual wield for quick damage, charge ranged enemies and bosses: prevail-or else kite till your health regenerates. Rinse and repeat. Villas for leveling, all the way to Unconquered Level 80. Good luck.

Rogue is a solid choice for this, can be slow going but once you get Vanish you can breathe a bit easier. I'm currently trying the Ironman, lots of fun! New viewer and sub here. Grats on 100! 😎😎

Hey Baelgrim. My early impressions of Legends of Aria Classic are as follows: It’s an Ultima Online style of game where skills and progression work similarly. It has decent graphics with some nice details in both interior and outdoor environments but the lighting is sometimes glitchy. Gameplay can get repetitive (naturally, if it’s like UO). It can be a grind Combat is fairly straightforward with few skills (actually 2 at the point I’m at early in the game) so not much to it. Exploration is nice, huge map, some different biomes, dungeons, etc. I think this will be a game I would play if the population grows. Once the 30 days free are over, I don’t see myself subscribing unless there is a healthy population. I didn’t mention anything about PvP yet, but it’s a big part of the game that some players will love and some will hate. It’s full loot PvP with a Karma system Thanks!

I've seen this game around before. It looks interesting. I tried playing two different versions of UO recently, and there's just too much emphasis on automation now. What are your impressions of Aria so far? Do you see yourself continuing to play it?

I don’t know how experienced you are with WoW, and I’m not a backseat driver..but I would recommend leaving your 1-4 numbers alone and keybind the rest. Also keybinding spells you’ll cast a lot are good for the mouse! I got charge and mortal strike binded to my mouse and rest of my rotation on 1-4. Situational spells get key kind and I use *shift **___* for a lot.

Best MMO ever RvR was the best, Played an enchanter (and a million other classes) on Prydwen for Eclipse

By far my fave MMO, played a Troll Skald on Excalibur EU for The Unforgiven (Midgard).

I tried to play again I had to load all the old icons I can't do the new ones. My favorite MMO ever and the end game was great when the servers were full. I think if they remastered this game and made it a little less grindy to get to 50 the game would still be great
