"Allergy of the body and obsession of the mind" is the first thing that really stuck with me in the early days of sobriety. It is something from AA that applies to so many things in this world; alcohol, drugs, sex, porn, etc and no matter how much we consume, its never enough.

Happens that I find people who or they find me constantly and tell me their life story.

This dude's a maniac, between him and Bob D you can get sober just listening to those two guys.

I am a recovered alcoholic of several decades and use the steps, God and Jesus to recover. I will say alcohol “ism” is a sin. The Bible speaks in depth to the this!

Is it better to burn out, or to get old and fade away? When these legends burn out, their memory continues to be discussed and thought about till the end of time. When they slowly fade, or don't know when to hang up their hat and call it a day. It ends up taking away from the magic they brought into this World, and the soundtrack to life that they're responsible for. Although we have no doubt missed out on what their future accomplishments may have been, when the leave this World young their names will never vanish into the voids of time. Thank Ya S.R.V.! A true master of his trade, and a great human being.
