Soil looks rich to grow numerous fruits trees and vegetables. Hopefully, they have an area just for agriculture. Also they should think about a building a small pond/lake to harvest rain water

Who's gonna pay 450k usd for a house in pokuase. Even if it's flagstaff house kraa I would not. 450kusd only deserves to be in Accra central, airport or east legon.

There's no where in Accra Central today that you'll get a 9-bedroom house for 450k$ If you won't stay in a 450k$ house in Pokuase, that's a preference. But you ain't get that property at that price, anywhere in Accra central, heck not even close to Accra central. in my opinion this is the best youve done so far. and best ive seen in ghana. not that ive seen any other fpv enthusiast anyway. so you win by default. i was suprised by the many courageous move you made. the pacing too was great. theres alittle bit of hesitation occasionally, but overall very very good!

At 2:02 you state that Christiansborg Fort, Osu was occupied by "different colonial masters over the centuries"- Gold Coast (present Ghana) became a COLONY under the British after the Berlin Congress on the Partition of Africa (1884/5). Prior to that, ALL EUROPEAN presence was COMMERCIAL & not COLONIAL. An exception is the Bond of 1844 between British traders (under Captain George Mclean) and Fanti coastal tribes which gave judicial powers to the British traders.
It's this a stadium or park? Who built this kind of stadium in today's world. Just look at Cape Coast stadium with almost 12 years old but still beautiful that what I'm seeing there.

It is sad that these old monuments are even looking more nicer than most of our buildings surrounding it.. There's no planning and development other than dirty unpleasant houses built at every corner.. Whiles some may not ideally understand what I mean in relation to the video, it is appalling to see that besides these edifices built many years ago, there's little infrastructure work around the Area.. Anyway, it is what it is..

good one. i know its not easy, but i would still give my feedback. 1. this section 0:35 where shes running ruined the enjoyment as it made the video look sped up. i think you shouldve kept the normal speed at that part. 2. its a cool video, much better than boring drone videos. but it still lacks story. i want to see the drone passing by people having a good time. like that video "Right Up Our Alley by jaybyrdfilms". when a fpv video draws me into the scene, then i consider that great. but if im more focused on the drone, then i consider that ok. not great. cool video keep it up!
Thanks for the feedback, and I do agree with you fully on both points. The point 2, is possible, although relatively hard to pull off. It will usually require hiring actors and actresses, assuming the usual customers aren't willing to be part of such a video. It's a lot involving, which will require lots and lots of prep and coordination in the part of the organization. Hopefully we'll get to that point
