The most important thing I've learned is that there are 3 steps we need to take before anyone can succeed in weight loss and fitness -- we have to love ourselves, then understand ourselves, and then prepare ourselves on the inside for success.
If you do those steps you will have passion, and you will succeed.
My passion is to keep developing myself as a person and pushing myself to achieve the impossible. There was a time when losing weight was impossible for me, but not anymore. There are many reasons why competing on stage should be impossible for me, but I've learned that impossible is just a word whose meaning doesn't last. So it has no meaning. Impossible is nothing. So I will achieve that too.
My goal now is to keep pursuing that dream, and I hope that in my pursuit I will inspire other women to chase their impossible dream too.
