How come my pizza comes with barely any sauce at times? I personally also enjoy Pizza Hut as well but both dominos and Pizza Hut forget to add enough sauce at times 🤔 also, why does dominos cheese taste funny at times, is it just mozzarella?

I'll give you some constructive criticism having been a pizza slinger for 8 years in the past. Start your dough stretching from the middle, the way you are doing it, basically stretching only the outer 1/3 of the dough ball is leaving the center thick and the edges thin, causing you to do that finger poking in the middle to try to press it down and prevent bubbles.
