I bought this right when it was released. I have probably 2000+ hours playing this game. It plays as fast as you can click, and the soundtrack is great. Like Morrowind, I'll periodically be playing it forever.
@@blarch2 Might & Magic 6 was the first I played in the series and I seem to remember it being the longest - There are a number of Codes hidden in various places in the Pyramid - helluva place and surrounded by Dragons on the outside (where there's hidden, I think the solution to the puzzle of the obelisk messages)
@@anthonyjflanagan2754 I'm trying to not look up anything, even tho I just did in castle kriegspire. I remember going to the wrong place in the pyramid and setting off an alarm that damaged my characters ~5% of their health every couple of seconds.

dunno what this was about... played with his clothes and jewellery then rode a horse around, learned a shout and talked to an old man.... no fighting, no secrets, no special weapons... nothing... just some bored guy like me using up internet bandwidth for no reason
Oh I used to play this game so much in my youth. Loved it but it was buggy as hell. Game would crash at multiple places if u opened inventory. So you had to prefix the spells for those areas. Also saving didnt work at those places either. U had to use quicksave/quickload cus menu would crash the game.
Ok I will continue uploading what I have. I've recorded 7 more videos because I keep playing this game instead of the other 10 games that I play. I am just about to be at the good part where I get flight. I don't like being able to climb, because back in the day, I couldn't climb those hills, and it was kind of a different game. It was more fun. Flying is a lot of work. Both hands on the keyboard.

Dang. I didn't play it for a looong time. I got hooked on it back in the day. It was "the rpg with heroes 3 monsters" for me at first. Absolutely unique experience, no other game like it.
Did you ever play King's Bounty? That was like the predecessor of the HoMM series, but it had a real-time element to it. Edit: The first time I did a series on this game, it was low-quality graphics, and the theme didn't change once I was officially on the evil side.
@@blarch2 I remember buying the HoMM game for Playstation 2, and being surprised it's just the original King's Bounty with 3D graphics, and HoMM3 music :)
The GOG installation wouldn't let me adjust the sound, which was at full volume, and the graphics were very low res, so I found a patch that fixes it. I really didn't like the UI at first, but I guess I got used to it. Only problem I've noticed is that the music plays once and stops until you load a save or go to a different map. Edit: It's the Grayface patch

If space is your interact button what’s your jump button?
The E key. I always remap it because that's how it was in Morrowind and Might and Magic 7, so it doesn't feel right to have space as jump.

I owned it for about 12 years before I completed the main story.
Those tiger quests are far too common. Happened to me so much i named the campaign save tiger king on my last playthrough.
I would rather do that than another quest guarding a sleeping person. I guess they can't all be fighting a wizard with a reward of a magic item.
