@ReadySteady_Joe TALKS MIND UK AND MENTAL HEALTH - UNCUT
MIND UK are one of my chosen charities and one of the main reasons that I have chosen to film and stream me running the London Marathon 2024. They do incredible things to help people that need help and support. I want to raise awareness and normalise the idea of having a bad mental health day by showing the viewers at home what it looks like to run such a distance.
In this I talk about my first time experiencing the severity of bad mental health, the impact it's had on me with my health issues and my thoughts and feelings about how to deal with it for yourself and anyone else around you.

I'll probably not be able to watch you live Joe but I WILL be contributing to both charities. I've had a few bouts of clinical depression and my sister was diagnosed with MS over 20 years ago so both charities are important to me. Good luck and most importantly have fun on the way round 😂
