….and….meeting you….is obviously a nice afternoon, what happens…just small talk….isn‘t it? …..what is going on...what the mind cannot grasp...there seems to be a kind of "coordination" at the meetings...for which thoughts are not necessary... so it seems ❣️

There’s a Buddhist hermitage in Warwick I used to visit as a determined seeker which now offers twice weekly meditations via zoom. I tuned in recently and it’s clearly all about contemplating the qualities of the Buddha and making a determination to become like him. Becoming a better person. Hilarious. Sitting perfectly still, good posture, following the breath. The whole thing, once taken so seriously, now appears hilariously hopeless. How can there be a path to what is ? And who would walk it ?

i fall away and there is a relaxtion, but there was so much pain that i went back to being an indivdual and i felt a bit better lol

there is only one thing im seeking and that is releif from pain, and this message doesent seem to adress to that

the ignorance of the scientist confusing humans as separate from nature is also wholeness expressing itself as that. pretty hilarious and totally innocent to boot :)
