Hi there, thanks for commenting it means a lot! Dometic's direct advice is that this pump does have a deflate feature, however it is not ideal for usage with their awnings/tents and perhaps other manufacturers as it can cause damage, so it is best to let structures deflate on their own to prevent pressure issues, I hope this helps 😎

Is it compatible with club air pro 440 M? It seems it is available only for S size…isn’t it?

Hi Tom, Yes the SabreLINK lights are fixed in placed with velcro tabs on the airbeams and they sit above the roof liner. The liner is a translucent fabric so some light does come through but you can toggle back the roof liner in specific areas if you would like the lights to be completely exposed if required. Thanks for the comment :) Looking at this, unfortunately there is no 3x3m option for this awning, however, there are two products that may suit your needs, firstly the Cayman Air is a 3x3m space which is very similar however it fits to the side of the vehicle. The Tailgate Airhub is also a great option for the tailgate as its 2.5x2.5m. They do! They connect to either a rail or wind out awning on your van, the keder strip simply slides into those rails. Or if you haven't got a rail you can throw the guy lines for the tunnel section over your van and peg them out the opposite side to where the awning is pitched! Hi @stehume you do get an extra bag with the Grande 390 so you can store the panels seperately to them ain awning frame which makes transportation of the awning to and from the caravan a little easier as the weight is then split.

Assuming you have an awning rail fitted, you would need to measure from the ground up to this point, and ensure the length of the rail is suitable. We currently have this back up in our showroom for the start of the 2024 season, its a very popular model!

I've got one of these. I'm really impressed with it but there are a few niggles. I think they could've used something better tha the toggles to hold the window covers up and it would be nice if it had zips on the sides to add the wing canopies. It's nice to have a bit of overhead cover outside the door when it's raining.

I've never heard of any 'popping' here in Japan and you won't get much hotter than the Japanese summer with its very high humidity levels and temperatures just shy of 40C. Perhaps this phenomenon has more to do with manufacturer than the technology itself?

Hi there, Apologies for the late reply, we have just made a universal pitching guide that may help you, for a drive away awning you'll need a drive away kit to make use of this function, otherwise its essentially the same way to pitch as a porch awning!
