Hey everyone! My name is Jen! I am a Zumba Fitness instructor with specialty training in Gold, Toning, and Aqua Zumba. I also teach STRONG Nation. I spend a decent amount of time adapting choreography for my speciality licenses. I decided to start posting a few in hopes maybe it would help others create their own or say, “hey, I like that, thanks”. It’s very time consuming and we don’t always have the time to develop our own choreography.
To those who find it difficult to get to a live class, I hope this helps! I’ll do my best to post a variety to give everyone options to get moving! I do hope this inspires you to one day join a live class! Have a great one and enjoy!

Aww thanks, I only teach Aqua Zumba during the summer, so my own choreo is confined during that time frame. I do have a few more on my channel for Aqua Zumba, but it's about 5-6 max.

Just bought this warm up. Always check out CZcams for inspiration. This is an amazing Zumba Gold chair choreo to it! I've never considered a long single warm up for chair. I've typically done 1-3 songs. This rocks. Job well done!
Awe thanks! I always did 3 single songs too. Then I started getting Dani Acosta's warmups and never went back! Check out his Queen and Happy Faces warmups too. I've done both in chair as well as my other gold classes and they are a hit!
