The clone is better than original Russian and USA Top as well.The Chinese clone has DC53 with decent HT and that is Niolox analog, which is way better than D2,not to mention that original knife has a simple steel and US knife has 1095 which is good but not as good as DC-53

The company that made that knife is Maxpedition. They imitated the MadDog design without MadDog's permission. It is a fraud, an illegal copy, a forgery. Real MadDog knives are never, ever made with A8 steel.
@@rafaelkosche9066 hi my friend: you wrong and right: 1. Not from maxpedition. They have indeed done a kind of mad dog look like but not that one. That one is Chinese. 2. You have no copyright on design: you can have a copyright on process but not on design for knifes as not forbidden to copy'a knife design. What is forbidden is to copy the brand. Then you right as it is not nice to copy indeed and as mad dog does not use A8 steel. Cheers
@@fkr6051 You are likely correct. The owner of Maxpedition is Chinese and he and MadDog used to be friends, until he started copying the design without permission. Not a nice thing to do to a friend. I'm not so sure about copying the design, but that is not the real issue. The issue is passing off the knives with the trademarked name of MadDog. Thank you for your reply.

@@akkadrakan faut chercher un peu chez les vendeurs. Après la plus part des nouveaux couteaux que je montre ne sont pas listés sur les sites. C est confidentiel et c est des petites quantité de production. Faut parler avec certains vendeurs pour les avoir. Moi je passe par Southhill Outdoors Store et le gars est top. Tu peux le contacter via le chat sur AliExpress.

I ordered the jungle crazy because of your video. I own the original shrike from RMJ and it is awesome. The Busse clones are awesome, perfect fit and finish and both are very good looking. I also got a new Bolte knife, the Warhawk, surprisingly good balance and a chopping beast, blade length is 35 cm .. Awesome Chanel keep it up 🤙
Hey, I ordered the bolte warhawk too and I am waiting for it. I really like bolte, this is proper blades at good price, not the most fancy sheath etc but super blade quality. Let me know what you think of the jungle crazy when you get it! Cheers

Ben franchement j ai pas eu le temps de vraiment faire de vrais tests... J ai trop de nouveaux trucs et pas assez de temps où week end et ces 2 la sont quand même super lourds donc c est pas ce que je mets dans le sac à dos... Mais j ai fais un peu de coupe et refente de bois à l arrière du jardin et je dirais que ça marche bien parce que c est lourd et sharp, par contre les sillons sur la lame à part moins de poids, et plus de style je vois pas trop d intérêt, mais au final ce que je préfère c est leur style!

Oui, c est du 3G steel: une couche de vrai s35vn au milieu et 2 couches de 440 sur les côtés. Ça fait que le tranchant reste en s35vn mais ça coûte sûrement moins cher et c est stylé. Ils ont une version moins chère aussi en 14c28n...

Hi, seller is the guy from southhill outdoors store on AliExpress. The CRV 2 is one of my favorite steel, high carbon steel so it may rust, not like A8 which is stainless. So depending on how you use it but this is a very nice steel.

@@Lobotomy666i hard to tell you for prices. I buy so much that I get good discounts so you will pay more than I. It also depend where you leave cause the shipping costs are big as large item... I would say between 200 and 250 probably but only vendor can say...

No, it was years ago and I think it was like my second knife ever purchased after the bolte croc... I found it on Ali in a random store.

Ahah! We are the same, the RMJ is amaizing! The big bolte with Persian blade cut like hell and the small psrk puukko in 3G S35VN too and I also love The ATAK mad dog too and just took a new mad dog tanto which will arrive soon (and the rmj shrike axe and another huge bolte machete)
