Do you have any suggestions for not being able to visualize in meditation? I try but just See blackness, sometimes color but so hard to visualize. It makes me feel bad about myself and like I am blocked. Feelings come easily just cannot follow along on the mental pictures. So grateful for your channel. Thank you for all your uploads they are so healing and helpful ❤️
