How do you re-assemble the HEPA filter and dust canister? That's the most important drawback of the Proscenic 11 that is not explained anywhere. I have watched dozens of product reviews but none of them explain how to correctly take apart and re-assemble the filter, the dust canister and how to mount it back

Mine just stopped working after only owning it a lil while. Filters are clean and the whole vacuum has been looked over too make sure there's no clogs still not working so.

Yea it didnt work.. as a matter of fact the new app doesnt ask for the second wifi and even if you go to wifi setting and connect to it it bounces back.

I purchased the latest Proscenic robot vacuum cleaner expecting an upgrade, but it has turned out to be a colossal disappointment. Despite being advertised as an improvement, it falls short in numerous ways. Firstly, the mopping feature is practically useless on partially carpeted floors. It fails to vacuum the carpets when the mopping attachment is installed, and if removed, the scheduled cleaning won't start, claiming the mopping attachment is not installed. The robot constantly loses its location, aimlessly turning in circles in an attempt to find its way. This results in triple the cleaning time compared to the older version, and recharging seems to be a never-ending process. Even the docking station, which is supposed to be an upgraded feature, fails miserably. The supposedly sealed docking station can't complete the emptying process, leaving me with the unpleasant task of manual intervention. To add insult to injury, the helpdesk is utterly incompetent. They neither know nor acknowledge the issues. Their disrespectful attitude is infuriating, and when I escalated the situation, they shamelessly attempted to cover their tracks by deleting messages. It was a terrible Experience with this "Robot Vacuum Cleaner". Save yourself the trouble and avoid any product from Proscenic. This has been a costly mistake, and I won't make the same error again. Don't buy from Proscenic-run for your life!

This robot is a big shit. It does not work for more than 1 year. 811GB model electronics inside is not protected from water whatsoever. And last but not least there is not a single start of a shadow of support service from Proscenic company nor electronics spare parts components. All Proscenic products are a shame
