Thanks for the update Dr! As per the NICE guidelines, andexanet alfa for reversing anticoagulation (by apixaban or rivaroxaban) is recommended for routine use only in gastrointestinal bleeding. It is recommended only in research in ICH. While, Idarucizumab (Praxbind®) is the Licensed reversal agent for dabigatran.

Hi Dr thankyou for your teaching, it’s great ! I am watching most of the rapid revision videos of yours and want to ask if this is the level of MRCP part 1 or near about ? I find it easy and doable . Confused between PLAB or mrcp . Kindly help me to decide

    • @CrackMedicine

Hi there! If you find it doable, I guess the work of Crack Medicine is accomplished! The questions are representative, but not real exam questions. If your core concepts are strong, you can go for it. Check out our Membership plans at www.crackmedicine.com
