Ive had one for about a year now. At first it was hard to stick with. Then once I got use to it, I stuck with the routine. Now I can’t sleep one night without it. However, there are times where I just wanna take it off randomly in the middle of the night just cause it tends to get in the way. But I don’t wanna be using the thing forever. So hopefully some lifestyle changes will help me out a little.
