DC Single Loop Layout

Another layout finished for another customer. This one was a nice, simple loop that had a few sidings which could be isolated for loco storage. A fun built!

The standard speaker in my Farish 3835 (4F) loco failed and being the way I am, I decided that rather than send it off to Bachmann for a warranty repair, I would just upgrade the speaker. Here are the results.

Thanks for doing my suggestion! I've had trouble with ballasting my KATO Unitrack. Even tried the little ballaster tool thing, and turned out to be even more of a pain. I wish the tool had a closing mechanism at the bottom. I would've been a bit more confident in using it. (pausethepress)
Right!! That tool just doesn't do it for me! This was quite a slap dash video to show you the method. If you take your time you will get much nicer results too. And you are more than welcome for the video. I think it's definitely something people will appreciate, so thank you for the suggestion.
@@Trackmodeller Yea!! If it were more like a cleaning car. Something you could run along the track with an engine and ballast it like that. It would be a lot more fun and easy. I appreciate the detailed work you did with the limited amount of things you had to work with. I've for sure had moments in which ballasting came out really well, and others it just sucked.
