I'm fortunate to know Mark Cline and have gotten to spend quite a bit of time with him. He's definitely a unique individual and his creativity and his heart for helping others is off the charts. My wife and I have visited his studio many times and it's such a thrill to see ten or twelve giants in various states of restoration there. (Along with the monsters, dinosaurs, horses, elephants....).
We would absolutely LOVE to visit his workshop someday! Such amazing artistry, it would be a privilege to see! 😁
I hope this place is still open. Looks SOOOOOOO fun to go to ‼️‼️🔥🔥🔥

To me that huge pumpkin instantly spoke the name of a famous japanese artist, looked it up and yes, it's her work! The other objects also are by personalities well known in the art world. But of course good art should work also without knowing them. ;-)

WORTH THE PRICE OF ADMISSION FOR THAT ALONE! Especially once you've read his whole story about it and all the trouble it took to "smuggle" it out of the country to get it into the US, lol. It was also his very first expedition for filming!

ok, shared. you guys should have more subscribers. this is excellent. i actually paused and read most of the stuff on the walls about the original 6 still going. great they are getting one. I remember being fascinated by the sinclair dinosaurs. this is on another level. well done. It reminds me a lot of neon boneyard. I'm wondering if ...in the future ....there will be an almost disneyland of nostalgia with all this stuff.

Fantastic video! I didn't know much about these giant fiberglass sculptures or their origins until now. The history is fascinating and it's crazy how many of these were made and how many survived to today. I wouldn't have thought they would still be making new ones too!

Great video, the Superman Museum is an awesome place, I've been there myself. Just one thing, it's Christopher Reeve, no S. George Reeves played Superman in the 50's tv show. I wonder why they had a black armband on the Superman statue when you visited. I went there in the summer of 2020 and they had a Covid mask on his face at that time.

It really tore the family apart at first, but eventually they were able to reconcile their differences and appreciate each other's lifestyle. I've heard they get together every holiday now!
