Not very clear on that rain fly you show that you staked down at the front door but mine don’t have this option to stake the front down just tie down.

I forgot to mention in my prior comment, I am 300lb plus 6ft tall and never bottomed out the self inflating sleeping pad I own. Also to this day the only improvements I have found that beat this 20 something year old bed roll is the top coat non slip softshell silent materials. A pinch of silicone and stick on felt would solve that ,but it has not been drastic enough to cause concern and all the new sleeping bags tend to have sleeves to hold the pad in place anyways. Going to keep these around another 20 year or so!

I would love to see Slumberjack make a major resurgence in the camping and outdoors market. I have 2 self inflating Slumberjack bed rolls. I have used them annually for over 20 years. They are super thick and have great insulative properties. Their primary use has been Appalachian mountains November through February on hard cold rock surface. I think Americans have just about had their fill of inexpensive poorly made items that need to be replaced every few seasons. I believe they are willing to pay a little more up front to save money in the long term. However. here is the bonus I am a tightwad and I know I didn't spend a whole lot of money , I likely stumbled across them at a discount retailer like Target or Walmart at the time. (NOT RECOMMENDING THOSE TWO RETAILERS ANY MORE) I will admit, I am not the best at taking care of my gear, I don't rush straight home and clean all my gear immediately and these bedrolls still look clean, fresh and new. They also perform exactly as intended. Slumberjack was always an innovator and had the best designs. My only complaint is everytime I tell my wife we should design a product a certain way because nothing is available to suit my needs Slumberjack pops up with exactly what I want. STOP reading my mind Slumberjack, ha ha just kidding about the mind reading. The rest is absolutley 100% true and Slumberjack doesn't even know who I am. I am totally unaffiliated and have not been compensated in any way. I am just offering my real world experience with the two products I own by this brand. I am always proud to pull out my older gear around my friends that know how long I have owned them. It doesn't go unnoticed. I hope Slumberjacks new gear holds up to the scrutiny of their past heritage because I am considering some of their overland/car camping items now.
