I agree! And you could argue Anthony Richardson is under valued right now too but I’m glad to have a card that’s more liquid

I feel like there could be issues that are hard to see too. I had a Luka Donruss that looked perfect, but when you backlit it with a strong light, there were a couple spots that were thinning, like partially see through, couldn’t tell at all unless under powerful light, it was super weird

Oh no!! Yeah you see people winning big cards but the amount of times you have to get crushed to make it happen is not worth it.

Yeah they didn’t send any of the base there were like 3-4 base non rookies but the only rookie was that card. I watched the entire break too it was a total goose egg

Yeah in hind site I fell victim to too much excitement over new product. Happy with what I got in the box I pulled myself though! I was watching the break and seeing everyone else get cool stuff and just thinking man I’d be better off just getting the box myself

@@johnmp3828 oh totally I basically only buy singles. I’ve bought only a small handful of things to rip this year, I got like 2 Prizm blasters back when those came out and I got a couple sealed Donruss complete sets. I usually never rip but occasionally can’t help myself ha

Great question! Pop is just short for population. If you scan the barcode on the back of a PSA slab it will pull up a pop report that tells you how many of that card have been graded in that grade. You'll see sometimes the term 'low pop' which means it has a low population - in other words there are not that many of them. For example a 2018 Luka prizm PSA 10 has a pop count of over 20,000. But a 2018 Shai Gilgeous Alexander prizm has a pop count of 4,200.

Totally! His cards are undervalued right now. We haven’t really seen what he can do with an actual QB, not to mention a first ballot hall of fame QB

Yeah I’m for sure not gonna grade anymore base absolute. I did well on the CJ /499 I just sold it for $195 on eBay I picked up another raw one but definitely no more base

Great question! It’s tricky for sure there is a lot to learn and it’s a lot easier to lose money than make money, but you can make money. The Stroud was pulled from a pack by a friend of mine actually and I included it in there for him for this submission. I factored in $300 for the Raw cost since that’s what we could have sold it for raw.

HA so true. Yeah I took an economics class in college that I really enjoyed and all those principles hold up and are so prevalent in sports cards and collectables.

You think so?? I mean you could be right. Tatums cards are gonna creep up as we get deeper into playoffs but I was already up $30-$40 on it. This Stroud Will Probably cool off a bit this summer then in season will pick up traction in value
