    Thanks for this, glad I found it before finishing my paper but struggling to understand the paradigms and knowing how to avoid the pitfalls and all the don't. Now can you refer me to the do's list and 'how to' guides. I have your book and maybe I need to re-read it to see what I didn't take in on the first read (just like in TA)

    Is there any way of selecting a theme that is an interesting individual theme rather than always identifying patterns and then themes across the data? I was hoping to have the flexibility to do that with my dissertation. I know you can do it with the ideographic element of IPA but can I so something similar with TA please?
