nagwork ako before dyan as sales. well ganyan po talaga strategy ng mga sales na yan para bumenta kasi sa mahal ng price nila hindi mo nga naman maibebenta kung wala kang gagawin. bukod kasi sa basic salary nila nagbabase din sila sa commission rate. pressure sya sakin hindi lang sa pagkuha ng costumer kundi sa hours of duty mo. sa 11 hrs mo 1 hr lang break mo wala ng susunod depende sayo yon kung hahatiin mo. ung 10hrs mo basic rate lang yon. makakabawi ka lang talaga pag nakabenta ka kasi per item ung commission mo and makukuha mo din naman sya agad pag sahod. hindi ko na sasabihin kung magkano and pano ung percent mo sa isang item pero malaki sya kaya worth it din talaga kung makabenta ka kahit isa lang. reasonable naman din naman ung hours of duty mo. and about naman po sa price ng item reasonable din authentic made in USA po kasi yan and all naturals po gamit dyan. madami pong nagsasabe na budol daw yung mga sales nila . well trained po kasi yang mga yan 2 weeks training nila bago sumabak dyan imagine po ung mga pagod nila pagpunta punta sa opisina. malaki din po ginugol nila dyan. ang alam ko lang po yung mismong product po ay worth the price.

What's the lowest amount of uncooked rice it can do? I normally go between 75g - 125g uncooked weight rice when I use a saucepan. But I'm looking at getting a rice cooker as a some of the rice gets stuck & the results are inconsistent with the same cooking times in a saucepan

They don’t sell the medium box here whatsoever. 😂 Luckily I was able to find a black version of this same one with pink lining while visiting El Salvador. The catch was that I could only get it if I spent over $230 US Dollars. Pandora El Salvador does not sell just the box alone it is only given with purchase 🤦🏻‍♂️ but my mother wanted it so I got it for her along with the exclusive charm for the country of El Salvador.

Pinatry nila sakin yung cream, pinahid sa kamay then lumabas naman ang "dead skin" kuno. Ang galing talaga mag sales talk niya. Tapos lumapit ang foreigner na manager.. Yun cream daw worth 8k since Christmas promo daw nila binigyan ako ng 50% discount. Tapos binigyan ako ni foreigner na manager ng gift cert sa clinic nila na nasa SM City din, and free soap daw. Yung salesman naman sabi "Really sir? But the soap costs 1k and you'll give this for free?". Ako naman parang malapit nang bumigay kase 4k nalang babayarin ko with free facial and soap. Pero yung instinct ko parang scripted sila. So ayun i refused to pay pero di rin madali kase madami pa rin silang sinasabi na sayang daw ang offer and super worth it na daw yun. Nag NO pa rin ako, ayun binigyan ako ng number in case daw magbago ang isip ko. Buti nalang nakita ko tong video na to. Hindi na talaga ako bibili. Thank you so much

I got scammed today. I signed up for thier promo ₱500 for diamond peel but once i sitted in the facial bed they offered different procedure or pkg. Amounting to 3k .. i said ok for it but they just used thier products in ur skin with some tools to apply. While they doing facial from half face then comparing rhe otjer . They offered me 50k for the set of products. And insisting to use my credit card or debit . I said i have only 4k thats why i take the 3k facial but its a scamm❗ I pretended that i dont have a cash and dint use my cards for any purchase. I should check your review or make some research. Nkaka stress dami budol

I also purchased from Black Pearl in Greenbelt 5 naman last July 20.. I purchased 84k worth of Hydra Facial service for like 12 sessions. They gave me Manuka Honey, soap and Night cream as free... unfortunately nag purged ang skin ko and had breakouts few days after the facial.. buti na lang di ko pa nabuksan yung mga freebies. Hindi ako nahiyang sa treatment.. Nung una I was told by the manager na they dont do refund since I was trying to cancel. I Consulted DTI about my case. I sent them an email as per DTI to try to fix things with them muna, then pag di nila naayos, I push na yung complaint with the the DTI.. their customer service was very helpful They were able to fixed it, una they want to replace the service with a body treatment, di ako pumayag kasi trying to get pregnant ako and yung dark spots ko sa face ang main concern ko. Ok naman sila kausap. Ni refund naman po nila ako.. just be firmed sa decision nyo.. maayos naman po sila kausap..

I went to ayala malls center today cebu business park, while walking i a sales lady approach near by and take me to Jar Cosmetic Shop. So A sales lady1 approach me talking about my acne she said if i used skin care or something and she introduced me to her products which Aqua Mineral each cost 9,900 it was peeling gel and daily cream so around 18,800 all, then a new lady2 come which is she called skin expert or her mam that i should be grateful for because she give me big discount that she will treat my face so that I will have smooth skin. The lady2 showed me a picture of her client before and after if i avail the treatment. The lady2 introduced me to the 2 products which costs 19,800 as i said earlier. And I said I will buy next time, then she countered offer me she will make the first product free and I will get the two products for 9,900 only. I said no, The lady2 again introduced me if I get the product I can get free facial treatment for free because it is 7500 original price and then later she let me come to their store to see. They insist me to get the free facial treatment now and after I sat their lounge, they introduced me to their subscription treatment package for 100k, I said no, again they offer a discount and they said I shouldn’t tell this to anyone. I said I dont have budget, then the lady2 she said she will shoulder the 65k and I will pay the remaining. I was really shocked for the big discount and then I said I have a little money. They counter offer me again that I will only pay for the 12 session for only 17,500. I did buy the products the aqua mineral gel and daily cream and paid the downpayment for facial treatment for 5k. They give me 2 other products the toner and facial wash which costs 2,900. Really for free? I did paid 14,900 in total. Not until I read reviews in youtube about their sales schemes czcams.com/video/catHjkXVYjs/video.html. I cannot get my money back since the product is not defective. Their reason is its business so I cant get my money back. I couldn’t say no to their sales schemes I just want to get my money back. Please help me dti i wont let other fall for their sales schemes.

nakakainis di ako makatulog sa regret ngayon, sana napanood ko na tong video na to kanina bago kami nagpunta sa branch ng clinic nila sa sm north edsa, grabe po sila mambudol, yung eye treatment lang na tig 299 lang pinunta namin ng mother ko pero nirecommed nila kami ng mga facial kuno na kelangan ng face namin, 10k daw orig price pero 3k nalang kase promo bali 6k kami both ng mom ko tas 600 pa for eye treatment na parang di na nila pinagtuunan ng pansin. Habang finifacial kami binibida nila yung mga products na ginagamit nila sa mukha namin tas ineencourage kami bumili jusko kamahal umaabot na ng 100k or more pa di naman namin talaga afford yon. I feel bad for my mom talaga napilitan pa syang i credit card yung 6600 na yon kase sabe naman nila sa october pa sya magsisimula magbayad pero nakakainis pa rin kase malaking bagay na yon samin dahil di naman kami ganon kayaman😢
