There is actually a short side story after the circus arc in the manga when sebastian does get...well, tipsy at the very least. Joker insist he drinks with him and the other adults, he pours sebastian a drink and then joker tells a story about when doll lost a baby tooth. When joker ends the story, sebastian has like 20 empty glasses in front of him, a suspicious blush and proceeds to tell a story about when ciel lost a baby tooth (or how sebastian tore it from the gum when it was moving XD) that leaves everyone horrified at sebastian lack of tact with kids, then he makes a comment about how inconvenient it must be for huamans to not be able to just grow the new tooth on the spot and having to go through such a slow change of teeth. Which they take as him just joking and being weird. I am sure he was a bit tipsy because unlike william, sebastian is usually more effective at pretending to be human so i don't think he actually wanted to make that comment about magically growing your own teeth as a demon, it was not a conscious commentary.
