Backpacking meals-tuna wraps, not just for lunch!

Another easy, tasty and inexpensive meal while backpacking. This was my preferred lunchtime meal. And since packets of tuna/salmon/chicken come in so many flavors, you can make many variations of these wraps. Make them at home too! Here is a twist for breakfast: a tortilla with peanut butter and some trail mix...especially a mix with berries and raisins

I think you missed the point of the Ground Chair - its USP is that you can sit in this chair inside a one man backpacking tent. The others are all too high to do this. (I live in a wet ‘n windy country where relaxing outside the tent often isn’t advisable 😁)

It’s Jan 2024 so not sure if it’s too late for a relevant comment but I just went to the rock cloud website to have a look. It clearly says $32 on the overview of all models page but the prices jump to $131 (marked down from $215) once you click onto the individual model info just before the buy now button. Buyer beware that’s a red flag for me. I’m in Australia and there’s always caution and adjustment required scoping through the exchange rates and stuff but that’s clearly an online price scam.

I bought the YIZI light it was very comfortable, however it failed after 2 hikes. The mesh pulled away from the fabric. I contacted the company to just try and get a replacement seat, as the frame was still good. The chair was beyond the 1 year warranty. They offered a 10% discount on a replacement. I will not be taking them up on that, I replaced with an REI and I just have to say you get what you pay for. My new chair is worth it!

Thanks Greg - appreciate you taking the time to review these chairs. I was in an outdoor shop trying out the various heights of these light camping chairs and I must say I do like the feel of the lower ones as the closer you are to the ground the more stable it seems. As they go higher the more it feels like it could tip. I've read some reviews on Amazon of the Trekology Yizi and a few have been saying the fabric rips? Have you found that? I noticed you said there was a year between your first review and you seem to still rate it after your thru hike? Would like to know your current thoughts if at all possible? Kind regards.

The best way to remove the clutch is to fill the hole (the hole you put bolt in) with wheel bearing grease! Then, use a 3 or 4 inch bolt (correct thread). Screw bolt in hole, the pressure the bolt will apply on grease (hydraulic) will pop the clutch right off! None of that tapping screw, tap, screw stuff!

Thank you for taking the extra time to record your work on this G1. I picked up one of these as a "bargain in a basket" and have been trying to get it to run right for a while now and just getting to the timing. Normally I check and adjust an engine timing before anything else, but didn't this time because of it being a pain in the $SS to get to. From the looks of my stater position someone set the timing as far advanced as possible. It does go fast that way but running slow and reverse are a problem. Anyway, thanks again! There's this weird thing where I can hardly blow through the muffler of the green one but the blue one I can blow through just fine. I can actually hear the pressure build in the green one while it's running, surprisingly ok but it is causing misfires. Sounds like a little turbocharger building boost.

@@gregwheelock Greg, I was going to respond and say that the company selling that lift on eBay states that it does not work with 3-piece slate tables.
