Right now we have 10 starters in the list (3 engage, 3 raye, 1 roze, 1 drones, 2 linkage). The bump in consistency adding an 11th is pretty negligible, and eventually we're going to hit a point where adding more starters clogs hands more often than it fixes them. Also linkage is my least favorite starter since it costs another card to resolve it. We're losing games because we didn't draw Raye MUCH less often than we used to, so I don't think there's a need to max out on starters because than we're going to start losing games because we have too many Rayes

that's a nuh uh. Striker links can only be SS once per turn, this deck does not care that much about op handtraps, and you have in engine tools to play around them with linkage, eagle or role.

Blink Out is a card I considered, but it really only works with the first link you summon, and only if you used raye. if you start with linkage or drones, or you go hayate then kagari, blink out becomes quite a bit worse, and I think there are a lot of cards that are just better to play right now.

It's main use prior to linkage was consistency to see a starter, but now that we have 10 ways to raye, that consistency isn't as important, and spell cards are getting better and better so digging for the sky spells isn't as important when the rest of your deck is full of really good cards that aren't striker cards.

@@BrianKalina so happy to see someone else not playing a0, the card is so outdated and slow, and you are right we already have enough starters (12 if you include rota and 3rd linkage) which hits the 90% chance of opening one.

As far as we know, if it leaves the field when it's face down and then goes to a private location without being flipped face up, the game state doesn't "know" it was absolute zero that left the field. If it's face down, it needs to go to a public location to trigger it's effect

I believe the chain is Sulliek cl 1, Reino cl 2, and then he used Tear Kash to summon from hand as cl 3, leaving no other tear cards for reino to send from hand when it is summoned.

Spellbound was decent. It's one of the only cards that hits both floowoo and purrley. As far as changes go, I think I may try to incorporate dilligerous dragon and quadborrel dragon. You are able to combo under seals and end on super massive board with those cards but I kind of like the mid range feel of the deck now. Much more testing to be done!

I thought about adding 1 bufferlo as well but didn’t think it was worth playing into droll by searching it off cynet, and also didn’t think i would have too many hands with too many salads in this build

@@calebv7092 youd be surprised how many hands have 3-5 engine cards in them. Cynet, spinny, circle, gazelle, all at 3 copy's same with will. I was testing buff before because will at 3 means you can discard off buff then reborn off will but was poorer into nib. Blind tho ya I agree not worth playing into droll.

Cosmic was great! hit floods, chimera fusion before MP, and unchained traps would definitely keep playing it

i think it’s good and you can def swap in pitknight, proxy f, and chimera for update, transcode, and access. i just didn’t have time to test it but would probably play that moving forward
