BRP Rad Relocate Kit Install 2019 Can Am Renegade XMR 1000
I tackled the project of installing the BRP Rad Kit on my own. In a previous video I said that I wouldn't do the rad kit until later, but I quickly changed my mind after the Mud Nationals ride.

I took on Mud Nationals 2019 alone do to friends backing out at the last minute. On my lone adventure I ran into two of the coolest guys, Ryan And Randy. They invited me to ride with them for the remainder of the adventure. Good times!

Exploring alone at Mud Nationals, I attempted to cross a small ditch not realizing it was clay mud. Stopped me in my tracks, and smoked the belt. Luckily I was pulled out by some very nice passerbys.

While trying to do a stand in place wheelie, I went 12 O'Clock, fell on one knee, and my foot got stuck in between the brake pedal and the frame.

Testing the top speed on my 1997 Yamaha Banshee. I can get a better top speed if I use less oil but that can lead to engine failure. Yamaha recommends a mixture of 20:1. I try to get as close as I can with a mixture of 28:1. 1997 with no engine work and a top speed of 76mph is pretty damn good in my book.

Banshee is a MONSTER .. just imagine what a 2-stroke engine would be capable of nowadays if manufactures had continued its R&D … 2-stroke has no match (maybe electric some day)

Okay what about the quality made for the header ? Because i read from reddit and forum that they had the issue whereby the header broken.

Fucking local Canam dealership telling me this is a full days work plus I have to buy a different bumper…. Then you have this guy bang it out in under 6 using the oem bumper…WTF im sick of the BS liars from the dealerships. CAN-AM needs to start auditing these guys !
Do you have to drill holes in the rack?
The only drilling you will need to do is notch out a hole in the botom of the snorkel housing. Can't mess it up because it comes outlined from the factory. Flip it over and you see the outlined hole you need to cut.

Did you have to drill any holes?
Yes. For the cooler hose. You will have to cut out the back of the gage panel. It's already outlined where you have to cut so you can't screw it up
And they say banshees can’t compare with 700🤣😅😂😭💀🥱 and was stock vs stock except the pipes

Can you show me specific installing after mounting the fan on radiator. I made it that far but lost after that they just sent me a bag or bolts screws and brackets no direction
You can go to the BRP website where you ordered the kit and download the instructions.
Replacing my Rineharts for CFR 2015 Road Glide Special
They have the best sound hands down. Make sure you get the real ones, there are some knockoffs out there.

The relocate looks horrible to me. It changes the whole look of the bike.
I love it. Makes the bike look aggressive.
I was trying to keep mine without relocating because I prefer look as well but it got too annoying overheating all the time so I’m finally relocating it

What are you running the stock 22 inch tires?

That's about right. My 05 SE with pro circuit pipes. No other mods tops out at 74 mph

Is the radiator fill cap you use just the one that comes factory on the white fill jug? I just got the same kit today and it didn't come with a cap? Or instructions. Thanks.

Great video, I'm looking to try to add this kit to my 2020 renegade XMR 1000 as well. I'm not having any luck on finding this kit. The one I see online says it fits up to 2020 except 2019, and 2020 XMR's. Any suggestions? Which one did you use?

Did you have to cut into the plastics?
Yes. On the very front of the peice were the display is mounted. You have to cut a u shaped hole so the hoses will fit in between. It's simple, it's already outlined all you have to do is follow the outline. When you remove the display piece, flip it over and you will see the outline.

No engine work. Engine is completely stock. 2 new keihin carbs, V Force 4 reads, Boss intake, K&N filters, air box delete, and Toomey t5 exhaust.

Curious... what made you change your mind, exactly? Excessive mud on the rad? More info please, being I may be faced with the same dilemma?
The radiator in its factory location gets clogged up with mud and causes the bike to run hot. When mud riding you constantly have to stop and clean the radiator.
