I’ve been buying from 52Toys’ Aliexpress store for as long as they’ve been open. Historically their customer service has been awesome: they answer questions quickly and ship lightning fast… at least they used to.
The package my IB-07 Gazelle shipped in arrived almost completely destroyed, to the point where even *attempting* to remove the figure was a delicate operation. By some miracle, Gazelle (at least as far as I can tell) was not damaged.
Either way, this was unacceptable. I reached out to their customer service asking for a partial refund, and to put it short: they ignored me. Since 52Toys has clearly demonstrated that they’re not willing to meet me halfway, I’m not giving them any more of my business.
