What filter do you use at night from the freewell pack in the city?
I’ve used the Cpl filter and the lpr filter. Those 2 filters besides the pro mist filter doesn’t darken the image. Lately I’ve been using lpr
oh snap! They released LUTS?! I can finally match them to my Sony!
They did and I too have the sony version! These luts are pretty amazing and definitely going to be using these to my future projects!

This one was shot with auto and manual! ISO was hovering around 50-800 or 50-1600. I made sure most of the time the EV was on -0.7-0.3-0.0. I was cranking up the shutter too when I was shooting manual. My manual settings was ISO 50 or 100 and whatever the shutter had to be to reach those EV points
quick question, do i need to remove the filter before turning off the dji osmo pocket? Curious if i can leave the filter while turning off the dji osmo pocket if its fits
Yes, you will have to remove the filter from the pocket 3 when turning it off. Also, another way is you can take off the wide-angle filter from its the original case and technically you can put it in the case. czcams.com/video/UAXC2WzFZXw/video.html Tip 1 around 40 seconds.

Yes we are using it the most, we have a Black Magic 6k and a Sony with some nice Sigma glass but we use the P3 way more for everyday! So inspiring. Thanks for sharing your journey!

if I’m trying to catch a person, train, car or something. I will probably have it on default speed to fast. Like the second clip I had it on fast. Then the 3rd clip I wanna say it’s on default or fast. If I’m just doing a walking forward kinda shot I’ll have it on slow. Really depends on the situation. If I had to have it on one settings it will probably just be default. I change my settings all the time though. From speed to gimbal type movement follow, tilt, fpv usually changing it. If I had to use one it would be follow.

Does the DJI Pocket 3 do decently at night in street light in low light mode? I am also interested in the focus on people's faces. Unfortunately, a mirrorless needs a gimbal which is quite bulky. A phone that records better, such as the iPhone 15 Pro Max, also needs a gimbal both when filming and standing still, especially when walking.
The Dji Osmo Pocket 3 does well in low light with street lights. I have plenty of walking type videos in NYC at night the pocket 3 shines at night! I also have the iPhone 15 Pro max. The dji osmo pocket 3 kills the iPhone 15 in terms of low light performance. iPhone 15 looks terrible in low light. It gets closer when it comes to day time but the pocket 3 still beats it. When it comes to zooming iPhone beats pocket 3. All the other options are still bulkier than the dji osmo pocket 3.

Yes it does! I’m happy with the performance of the pocket 3 during low light / night time
I will have to say the ND filters and suction cup mounts are for sure my favorite! I am most likely ordering that selfie stick you have to be able to get that "drone" shot in no fly zones!

This was handheld! It was snowing pretty hard so I had to control where the camera was to avoid the snow the most where it hits the camera the least

Thanks for the test. Looks like it's more effective to just zoom in post and I'm alright with it! Just forces me to be even more creative and let go of variety of focal ranges that I'm used to with the ZV-1. Hope they add it in the 4th version, though.

Thank you! When shooting with variable ND filters or ND filters your setting should be 24fps 1/50 SS For the “Cinematic Look”. For video work you need nd filters for bright conditions which means ISO should be hovering around 50-100. Maybe if you’re shooting 60fps 1/120 your ISO might be higher. Once I see the exposure meter around -0.3 give or take it could be only a little bit higher or lower.

Nope All Manual! Made sure I kept the same kinda distance! And had the stop just a big higher! To keep more in focus

Since I play hockey and also ride roller blades, I found a good trick to use my roller blades as "track and dolly" style and it gives super smooth motion.
