Thank you for this video. We are currently using the IP Base intercom, IP View indoor unit, and one Axis dome camera at one location. Currently, I am using the My2n account to log in remotely into each device. It's a small office with less than 50 people that will have key fobs. If I want to add access for 3 other users on our IT team, would the cloud based Management Platform solution be better or the Access Commander? Seems Access Commander is only for onsite management.

Two questions. 1. Do you need to order the physical cards separately. 2. The mobile key for the smartphones, is it part of the 2N app or do you need to purchase a licence separately?

Hello, is 2N EntryCom IP Verso no longer supported with an App? The new app does not find my 2N and Bluetooth is not available in the online surface.

The box is problematic as soon as a Cat7 installation cable is routed into the box and you mount a Keystone module. The combination of Keystone module + patch cable is altogether too long to find enough space in the box. Knowing this, it is better to drill a hole 8cm deep and place the Cat7 cable with the Keystone module behind the flush-mounted box.

In the manual recommended camera high is 135 cm - here the lower edge is already 140 cm, which is much more higher then recommended 135 cm. Can you please give some more assistance on the recommended height?

Good Video, but I still miss products from 2N which are supporting face-recognition. The Chinese are comming with that and it is working well. I would say this is the future, also for the home-market. I am not talking about Iris-scaning, it is more like Apples Face-ID or Microsoft Hello.
