You know Ms. Carroe I had an acquaintance that used to put Crab meat into Salmon cakes I am like as heavy as salmon tastes how do you ever taste the crab in salmon cakes that got onions and spices and breading. I encountered her to rethink that Idea. And her walket and tastebuds would be thankful. Not beating my own drumsticks, but really, this is cooking and about taste its not making potato salad. Or a pot of hodge podge. Or maybe different strokes for different strokes.

Now Ms. Carrie watching you makes me feel like I am home in my mother's or Grandmother's kitchens. But ....Stretching Brakes !! You making Deviled Eggs mom...No pickle relish !! It's not egg salad. Southern Deviled eggs should have that traditional delicate balance mayo and mustard. Light sprinkle paprika on top of completed and stuffed egg. As far as Crab meat it's both delicate and expensive. To accurately taste the Crab meat you need a simple stuffing without all that pickle relish. You would need ALOT OF LUMP CRAB MEAT. HOPE I CAN BE A KITCHEN HELPER or ELF.❤

❤ Hello sweet lady I love your style I was watching a lady on you tube For her chicken and dressing I thought I would share her technique She put all of her seasoning in her cornbread batter,sage, poultry seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder she still put the egg milk and oil, so it had the right consistency, and she baked it Then she could adjust the seasoning after she tasted her cornbread, but I just thought that it was a way to get the seasonings all the way through your your dressing Keep doing what you’re doing Just a thought Thank you Rhonda
