That is an interesting connection between Sain and Sylvain's personalities and rally->move effect. I've never summoned on these spring banner. I always thought they were dumb. But Sylvain....ugh. I think the smart thing for me is to wait for his Double Special Rerun because the rest of this banner doesn't appeal to me. But will I be able to hold out? Lol

Attuned skills are actually restricted. Attuned Peony’s skill could only be used by Fliers and Infantry units and Attuned Nino‘s Skill only by ranged units minus Staffs units. So those attuned skills have the same inheritance restrictions like the skills they are based of.

I wish Ephraim wasn't armored. I'm glad I went all in on his Summer version. I'm more excited for Selena, just because she's different from the usual SS picks. I will probably end up summoning though. Hopefully I can grab Lyon, Selena, and an Ephraim.

I very rarely summon on legendary banners. But maybe, just maybe, an Engage Eirika/Ephraim or Lucina might get me to do it. I'm really excited for the skill inheritance increase. Finally I can fodder off Eitr to Panne.

My Spring Catria needs a new kit, I might just get a Reinhardt just to do that. The staff skills are also pretty cool I guess.

I'm mixed on the banner. The units themselves are great, but I don't need the fodder from the 2 attuned. And my 2 green mages aren't res focused, so Sonya's fodder would be useless on them. Undecided for now. Goodluck getting Triandra. All the art on the banner is great.

Already have a +5 Forma Tsubasa that I regularly use in Resonant Battles on rotation and she’s still capable so the refine is definitely a big improvement over what she had before, although I’m going to have to get another B skill for her now since I gave her Flow Force which she now comes with in her refine 😅. Still waiting for a new TMS banner, like come on devs it’s been over 3 years already and the only new heroes banner they’ve ever had is the 1st time they got into FEH. I would’ve been ok with taking a seasonal alt or something but there’s been nothing, still one can hope.

I might wait for Anna to rerun on double special banner, they're so adorable! Definitely +10'ing Kellam as a pumpkin. So glad they didn't do Dragons again this year. Grats on Catria!

I actually thought Marianne got the best refine. She desperately need Special Cooldown -1 and tempo, and she got both. As for Eirika, I'm pretty happy. She was really the only usable unit from this batch. She needed stats, and got 10-14 for all. My +10 Eirika will now reliably outspeed things in arena.

Marianne's refine was really good. Her main issue was a lack of consistency and she got just that in the form of anti guard and slaying, with a considerably higher damage output to boot. Definitely the best of the patch. Gatekeeper's refine was also good, albeit a little disappointing. I've seen some wacky stuff of him surviving things that would've killed him before, which is good, but his combat remains on the lesser end. I think a combo people are sleeping on is him + Soren and another bulky melee unit. His defense is high enough to play around with Soren's Savior mechanic along with another unit and he has the added utility of being an infantry unit so he can run Canto Control in SD. Since saviors aren't really meant to do much other than survive and create openings for your nukes, I can foresee him being nice there, but nothing monumental, considering all of the red heavy nukes in the meta. Both Eirika and Marth's refines were decent at best. They didn't change what they do or significantly improve on flaws they have. Marth getting DR is nice for the Special Spiral 4 build because it guarantees you'll survive one hit (unless they precharge) and fire back Shining Emblem to kill back and loop Special Spiral. Other than that, the refine is pretty meh, mainly just stats. Eirika I don't really have any comments on because it's nothing special. Wish the defensive half of NFU in her refine was replaced with something anti DR related though. However, part of me is fine that isn't the case because then we'd have blue Legendary Nanna running around lmaooo decent CYL refines, but definitely not meta warping. I think that's the standard we should expect now because it was the year CYL 5 came out that the power of units started ramping up to an uncontrollable amount. CYL 6 will probably see Tiki the most improved, but with refines that don't transform Seliph or especially Chrom.

I agree, Dagr's art is amazing. The bird kite is a nice touch. Thankfully I can save orbs here since I took a big hit from CYL. Goodluck with Catria, hopefully you won't need the feh pass to grab her and/or Dagr.

Congrats on the Summon Luck ! Including the garunteed 5 star, I got the banner in 45 summons ! Gulleveig is incredible and her damage is insane ! And that damage terrain makes me wanna vomit, it's WAY too powerful ! Soren's gimmick is SO FUN !!! Having Soleil finally be able to "Dash out front and protect" is exactly what I want from this game and I can't wait to see it used more liberally in the future ! Robin is... Well, hes everything, what did anyone expect ? Robin having anything short of everything would be a crime to INT SYS 😭 And as much as I'd like to fall back and believe that Corrin is good, in practice, she loses to any recent PP units in my experience with her base kit and it makes ME feel like the jackass somehow. My Legendary Hinoka stomping her with no contest and the new flame terrain annhilating her HP just served to remind me how dated she is on release. Ninja Camilla is a better tank man 😭 All they accomplished was making a dedicated tank that exists to support dedicated tanks ! Still gorgeous, but I mean, it's Fem Corn, that's a given. AND THANK YOU FOR LETTING ME KNOW ABOUT THE DRAGON FLOWER UPDATE ! Soleil is sitting pretty at 255 and I might never had known ! Anyways, thank you for the updates, congrats on your summons and I hope the gravy train keeps rolling ! Have a wonderful rest of your day !

Soren's fodder for mages is pretty insane, same with Corrin for far saves. I'll be going for 2 sparks. Hopefully I get one of each and 1 extra Soren.

Coming from watching this on my own: Gull: Phenomenal damage, absolutely insane. I don't know if there is another unit out there that competes with her without significant investment and she has the best art. Total win. Robin: Another absolutely insane support M! Robin because they can't help but slobber on him whenever they can. Insane damage, insane inheritable skills, incredible support, overall great design. Soren: Grants SAVIOR to FUCKING ANYONE ! He could have had literally nothing else and been #2 minimum out of ALL of these units ! Incredible design, and I can't wait to see where they take this idea in the future ! I see this as a win for the FeH community, especially when it gets rolling ! Then, Fem Corrin: *Ahem* WHAT THE FUCK ?! What did she do ? Seriously, what ? She just can't escape getting absolutely FUCKING RAILED when it comes to typing ! Dragon units are guaranteed dead in the fucking water on release, plus she's armored so she is competing with other saves and losing horribly, she has ZERO pluses to stats outside of her AOE support which is so situational and flat-out useless against all of the units released next to her, and gets hard countered by SS4 which means any infantry unit can just wrap her in a blunt smoke her because she has such unreasonably low bulk ! And they didn't even give her Neg. Fang, because why would they give her the one thing that's made her useful in the one gimmick they've locked her in when they could make her more situational (Worse). And you're telling me that they made a defensive save dragon, that will NEVER receive enough support to be useful, and DIDN'T gibe her inherent Null-C Disrupt, in a time when Firesweep + Nullifies skills that "reduce damage by X%" are so common you could trip on them ?! What a fucking L of a unit. I just want a Fem Corrin with Yato, or Raijinto, or Fujin Yumi or FUCKING ANYTHING where I can see her sprite do the cool attacks and not the worst dragon design I've seen in my life for the MILLIONTH TIME spit bubbles ! And GOD FORBID they make let her dress anything shy of a skank for FUCKING ONCE ! She has the LAZIEST design out of all of them, bar-none, and Robin looks like he just opened his drawer and picked out the first shirt he saw. Just take L! Corrin, give her a crown, call it a day. Pathetic. The one unit I was looking forward to, and hoping they would do literally anything but the one thing they've made them do since they released 5 or 6+ years ago, and they failed ! Something, something, Soleil, something, who fucking cares. It's one in the morning and I had expectations of a company that has done nothing but flounder them at every turn. I guess I just like the wrong things, so fuck me I guess. I'll stick around for your takes though, and sorry for only ever ranting at you 😭 Edit: And I just realized, now that Soren is a thing, she is literally competing with the whole roster as a Save unit... What a dog shit character.

Can we go maybe 5 minutes without buffing cav ? Maybe not make every attack that a cav unit does should be equal to an Armored unit's Special trigger. And how about we just make it so that they all move 4 spaces and Canto base at this point ? AND WHY IS IT ALWAYS SIGURD AND THE OD DYNASTY ?! I know ! While we're at it, they all have base 60 Spd ! They made Legendary Hinoka (Finally !) and just said, "Yeah, fliers have too much now. We're just gonna make a bunch of generic skills for all movements and pretend they're getting buffed", while cav units use them better. I'm just gonna sit here and hope that Brave F! Corrin is gonna be an Infantry Sword unit with a Yato (She won't be) while I don't summon on this banner with the same units we've seen a million times, that do the same thing we've seen a million times FROM THE SAME UNITS WE'RE SEEING NOW but with Special triggers on every hit, Higher base stats, firesweep (FOR NO FUCKING REASON !) and Canto (+Aids). After this CYL I'm taking a break from this game. Just drop another Soleil so I can call it quits at this point.

It's not enough for specials to just do damage anymore, now they all have Time's Pulse built in. Too much mov +1. These units will be very annoying to go up against.

A skill called Mastermind paired with a tea serving alt, is like hearing Chuck E Cheese & criminal syndicate in the same sentence, very baffling!

Finally, my favorite Nintendo character Ayra gets an alt. Mercedes had an alt before.
