We're back! We plan on dismantling a microwave to make a HERF gun, but we couldn't resist messing around a little bit first. Today, we're sticking a bunch of random stuff in the microwave just to see what happens. Disclaimer: there isn't much actual scientific content in this video. Don't worry; the next video in this series will more than make up for it. Music Credit: Killing Time Kevin MacLeo...
Homemade ROCKET BAZOOKA Test Fire

We converted the rockets we made in our last project into a terrifying weapon that destroys everything it touches (citation needed). Its only flaw is its inability to aim at anything. This bazooka's unpredictable and dangerous nature means even Blasted Science can't recommended building one yourself. Don't try this at home. In this tutorial, we explain our super simple rocket body design. It's literally made from cardboard scraps, so anyone can build it! These rockets are designed to house the rocket motors we made in the last video. We've made over a dozen rockets using this general design, but they've all been different. Make sure to experiment with different designs! That's the fun part. Music Credit: EDM Detec...

We've spent literal years perfecting our Jacob's Ladder design. Now you can make one, too! Watch carefully; most of the instructions are visual. We decided that would make it more fun. That's how a Molotov cocktail is made. They usually add acetone, though, so to dissolve the foam better.
Whenever i make napalm i end up with the flammable carcinogenic silly putty instead of carcinogenic flammable jelly.
Thanks so much, that was so informative. I'll use this information in the future
More flammable if you add the styrofoam to a gasoline:acetone mixture
thank you!

"Smells like........ Victory."
Stale napalm... yuck!
That is not Napalm. It comes from the name palmitic acid or Steric acid both fatty acid like the 'saponification' in soap making where steric acid from fat undergoing abase hydrolysis reaction with the hydroxide(OH) of the cation to be used. With hard soap sodium hydroxide is used liquid or for use with seawater potassium hydroxide is used. With napalm palmitic acid found as the main constituent to many palm oils including coconut oil. You should also be familiar with simisolids like sterno gel or even mayonnaise and the surface tension difference in the emulsion. In sterno calcium acetate made from acetic acid ( vinegar) and calcium like chalk calcium carbonate or calcium hydroxide (slaked lime). The calcium hydroxide is a surfacent whichcan act as an emulsifier like the egg protein in mayonnaise and both being hydrophilic (affinity towards water) on one side of the molecule and lipophilic (affinity towards polar lipids) when the calcium acetate is dissolved saturated in water and added to alcohol it forms a gel. Go back to palmitic acid and the cation is aluminum to form aluminum palmitate which is super saturated and mixed into a gel with a stabilizer to hold shape or it is deployed and mixes with compressed air or propellant. The aluminum palmitate is blended with gasoline and now a synthetic (likely benzene with nitro propane) potassium permanganate in a binary compound for ignition.
Sarin tutorial next, no need for equipment aswell
Fun fact the shell life of napalm is about 3 years so they say at the most, so it was not stale at the time of your recording the video. Though i do recommend making the consistency not so thick that way you can pry it out of the container you have it in

Because it's a honey trap. Anyone who watches this is now on a list. 😂
@@spinningbackkick6021lol I may be on a list, but in all seriousness I make it thick and call it flame jelly like towards the end of the video. It's the perfect fire starter in wet/cold climates for very little effort.
