What a great video guys!
Where are you from?
Hello, I work in the field of agriculture and am looking for work❤
I dont know what to say, but thanks for those words, and I hope others think like you.❤❤
Salve, lavoro nel settore dell'agricoltura e cerco lavoro❤
❤
I have creamline milk delivered a great service! Interesting video and enjoyed finding out about how it's all processed
Interesting and would like to know more about the welfare of the cows you look after as well as the environmental impact.
Hay hello I am India dairy form work visa ❤❤
Deri fom 👍🇮🇳🇦🇺
🎉❤❤❤
Why do farmers use load alls for feeding silage? The amount of people badly injured or killed by them is scary.
What else would you use? Just as likely to be killed by a skid steer or a loader tractor but you’d just do the job slower. People are also killed a lot more by other things on the farm than telehandlers, namely livestock, PTOs and falling from hieght
❤❤
Good stuff, very informative. I will now watch part two. Best wishes, Tony.
Great video Ed, nice overview of how Brades Farm are working to improve the environment
Spring is good with cows Beware of accumulating gases in the cows belly

Love farming, love your hard work. You lost me when harping on about women in farming etc, why are you pushing women into farming? Or not pushing but trying to show that women can do it? Genuine question I’m not trying to be rude or argumentative, I just don’t know why it’s relevant.
The UK doesn't need more women in farming. It just needs less people leaving farming because it is so difficult. And I don't just mean the physical side. You get enough paper work from officials in various governments departments each month that would paper decorate an entire room. Have you ever read Jeremy Clarksons "Didly Squat". It will give you some idea. Not that thats where I get my ideas from. Here in Ireland, traditionally "men" have always been the farmers. Because at the end of the day its a "mans" job. Yes.. some women make great farmers. No doubt. Buts its best left to the men.
The reason for highlighting women in farming isn't about pushing anyone into the profession but rather recognising the significant contributions that women have made and can continue to make in agriculture. Historically, farming has often been seen as a male-dominated field, but in reality, women have always played integral roles in agriculture. By acknowledging the presence and achievements of women in farming, we're not only celebrating diversity but also striving for inclusivity in an industry that impacts everyone. It's about recognising talent, skill, and passion irrespective of gender, and ensuring that everyone has equal opportunities to succeed in their chosen field. These types of discussions are crucial for promoting diversity, breaking stereotypes, and building a more inclusive agricultural community for all.
Fascinating and thanks for sharing, Ellie aka Berkshire Farm Girl. SHOUT ABOUT FARMING has now gained another subscriber. 🎉 Best wishes, Tony.
