It’s called limited slip, my friend, but it’s a good idea and you don’t need to throw it in neutral and shut it off. You have the hammer there so you could push the break and put it in park. No?
If youre confused buy nitric acid just sacrifice one for you to be sure if its real or coated
Oh thanks! I was looking for this exact information. I'll try it for sure.
It turns out the OEM replacement for this model is supposed to be 9AH instead of 7AH. You will just get a lower runtime. OR maybe the manufacturer understated their AH rating, which seems unlikely. I just bought 3 of the 9AH version of these on Walmart's website for 23.99 each, as I have 2 cyber power units and one APC unit that all use the same battery, including the F2 terminals. This goes by several model numbers CP1290, HR9-12, UB1290, PS-1290, etc. The dimensions are 5.94 x 2.56 x 3.70 Inches... note that the 3.70 inch height does not include the terminals. Some UPS manufacturers will include the height of the terminals to get a different number and make things more confusing even though its the exact same battery. As for ISO certs... I just go by reviews. Even a company with ISO certs can make lower quality stuff. Reviews to me means the proof is in the actual product. I stopped using Amazon as their shipping time ranges from awful to horrendous... I dropped their prime crap years ago when they never delivered anything in less than a week, it was often 2 weeks. Also a few months ago I ordered some supplements off their site and they had not even shipped it for *eleven days* Amazon wouldn't even let me cancel the order... so I returned it as I had ordered from Walmart and got it faster. Their terrible service and political stupidity means I avoid them like the plague. OTOH, Walmart *with no membership* usually gets things to me in 3 days, sometimes a day or two longer.
This is great in the 10th gen civics with cvt's. Just make sure you do 3 drain and fills to get all the factory honda stuff out. I do one drain and fill, then drive 50-100 miles. Then a second drain and fill. Then a week of driving, and finally the 3rd drain and fill. Then because this stuff is so good, and so cheap do one drain and fill a year. Noticeably difference, and my factory fluid (HCF-2) wasnt even that old. I dont know how Valvoline is able to do it, but whatever it is its working great in my car. Worked very well in my past car too, a 2011 mazda 3 hatchback with the 2.5l engine.
Nowadays you can find it at Walmarts.
It's really odd, I tried multiple times to use valvolines cvt fluid in my 2019 civic coupe 1.5t. For some odd reason no matter what it would stink in my vents so bad it was unbearable. Mostly when going from P to R to D. Yes I made sure there were no spills etc. I've been working on cars for 20+ years. I used brake clean on the trans pan, and surrounding areas. I even went so far as to do a full engine bay cleaning. Still no matter what it would stink through the vents if heat was on. All I can think of is it must have something to do with the cvt warmer exchange, or it just stinks so bad the vent tube on the transmission is where it's coming from. Anyway....so after wasting money doing a 3x drain and fill using valvoline CVT fluid I tried the stuff shown in the video. Their maxlife universal atf/cvt , it's red...which I don't like, but its just dye, and my transmission is more than likely out of warranty at this point. Regardless the maxlife universal has been great! No stink in the vents, and I swear it's better than the oem fluid. Much much cheaper too. I do my changes once a year. I could notice a difference right off. Highly recommend it. I am currently at 70,707 miles, and I'm waiting on both transmission filters to show up, with gaskets etc. Then I'll be doing another drain and fill. So far I'm using valvoline brake fluid, valvoline transmission fluid, and valvoline oil. If they made pisser fluid for the windshield id get that too 😂.
Hey , thanks for the video, this pcv is compatible with honda pilot 2012?
filters are not built for looks but for efficiency. test it as an engineer, otherwise your opinion is invalid. See those fancy, luxurious American cars that always breaks down all the time as compared to the Japanese cars that last but are not luxurious.
Just tried Allen Edmonds from Amazon and got a made in India pair and the quality is nice but not worth the money. Found a pair of Anthony veer for under $100 new so hopefully the quality is similar
honda insight 2019 ?

Dealing with this right now. 😩 I had a vice grip on the nut initially, but now, after seeing your video, I’m going to try clamping it to the bolt. Thanks for the tip!
The nut was far too rusted, so I had to end up using a Sawzall. Thanks again.
Chevron and she'll are two names I can't resist using as far as the products
Ordering from Amazon risks receiving a busted, leaky oil jug in the mail.
I was looking for this exact video as i don’t have access to a lathe and wanted to see if others had thought of polishing their rotors like this. I’m glad to see that the results turned out great, and will definitely be giving it a try myself.
Did you have to remove all the old seam sealer or did you just go right over it? I have to do this with my trunk and I really don't want to have to go in there and scrape all that crap out
I just went over top the old seam sealer after cleaning it up really well.
I was pissing the hood off this morning. Thank you
Lol, glad I could help.
I'm not an engineer so buying an oil filter is about trust. I trusted Bosch for over 20 years. But looking at how sloppy things are that I can see makes me wonder about problems I can't see.
Exactly the video I was looking for and I agreed with your comments as you said them. Thank you for this painstaking demo.
hello, what type of ssd is suitable for lenovo thinkpad t440s? I want to buy it but I'm afraid it won't be suitable

That's what happens to a lot of pads that are only attached by adhesive. There is a company in Canada called NUCAP/NRS. They make brake pads that are mechanically attached to a galvanized backing plate. They also license out that technology to companies like EBC. I use Raybestos EHT on some of my cars, but I live in SOCAL. Not much rust issues here. Also, if you drive on track, mountain roads, or tow stuff, the adhesive attached brake pads might fail due to heat. Unfortunately, most brake pad manufactures are pretty shady, they don't tell you if their pads are mechanically attached or not. Most likely, if they don't tell you then it is not. Raybesto EHT brake compound is rated at GG, just one grade below carbon ceramic pads HH rating/for carbon ceramic rotors. Unfortunately, they cheaped out on the backing plate.
I did mine a month ago. I dropped the subframe a lot to get the clearance. Loosen each subframe bolt one at a time until it comes out, then screw it back in a few threads. 2:22 The bushing bracket has two bolts - front and rear. For the driver's side i got at the rear bolt from the rear of the subframe as there's just enough room to reach way in with a socket wrench. The front bolt I got at from the under the front of the subframe, and from the wheel well . For the passenger side I couldn't get in from the rear as it was too much of a reach, so I went in from the front and wheel well with a socket wrench and a ratcheting wrench. If you're in the rust belt, spray down the bolts with a penetrant well before you do the job.
The One made in mexico looks just fine if not better. Has a simpler ADB valve, single piece base-plate, big holes. Cut them open and really compare them...
My first time seeing this I must've stared in shock for 20 minutes... looks very real up close in person.
Yup, I had the same reaction.

What about rear differential fluid? Do you have something except dual pump fluid? What do you use for it?
Unfortunately, I don't. I use the Honda VTM-4 fluid and change it every 100K miles.
@@LuckyVagabond I see. Have you tried Amsoil ATF ? Just curious ...
@@alexthebear No, I have not. I generally find Amsoil products to be out of my price range.
@@LuckyVagabond Hm. I would say that it cost the same like Honda's oils. Roughly ... Yep, Valvoline ATF is cheaper. But talking about diff fluid - the same. What about the engine? Also interesting your opinion. Thanks

Thanks for posting this. I got one recently as a "no charger, don't know if it works" special on ebay and happened to get lucky (it works but batteries are much lower capacity now). It does very with lighter versions of Linux with the 12 GB ram. You can definitely play old games on it (e.g. Skyrim). The only watchout is if you're using Linux and play old Windows games in compatibility mode on Steam is you have to use Proton 7. The newer versions don't support the Haswell architecture. I love the keyboard, form factor, ports, but not so much the trackpad. Is there anything else you can do with the NVMe M.2 port? Does using the M.2. port keep you from being able to use the traditional hard drive cable?
It's a great laptop! Yes, you can put a M.2 42mm SSD in it, but it has to be a SATA version, not NvME.

I started valvoline maxlife on my Honda Pilot 2019 and it working flawlessly. So far no issues. The transmission is working great. This is the transmission fluid am going to using from now on,on my Honda Pilot 2019. My Honda Pilot 2019 transmission is the 6 speed.
Been using Valvoline Maxlife ATF on my Honda vehicles, including my 2006 Pilot, for 15 years now. Works beautifully. I have 235K miles on my Pilot on the original engine and transmission.
Here in south carolina you can still get it for about $18 at Walmart. The full synthetic version is only $20.

The SSD has a sata interface. And the maximum theoretical speed of sata interface is 600MB/S. So that ×10 speed is clearly not possible in sequential read/writes. But look at the random speeds of both. Average random speed of HDDs is around 1MB/S. But SSDs can reach up to 60MB/S even random processes. It's more than ×50 time faster comparing the random speed of traditional HDDs
Good point. Thank you for pointing that out.
