Hi i just wanted to say that it’s impossible to be pregnant at 3 dpo and 4dpo the implantation is from 6dpo to 10dpo after that the women start experiencing pregnancy symptoms ❤
Of course but our bodies do surge a lot of progesterone and estrogen and for some people, way more so than when we are PMSing. We don’t know everything about the body, and I don’t think it’s outside of the realm of possibility that the body “knows” the egg has been fertilized and starts kicking that in to high gear. This happened my last pregnancy and my current cycle.

I like the taste of smarty pants, i get no chalky taste what so ever🤔 is say its 8/10. Now its 4 a day. Ollie tatses like candy and idk i feel like healthy vitamins should tatse like an actual vitamin lol. Smatty pants just has better sourced ingredients. That said, I'm switching to ritual because as you said you got bored in some cases. Anyway thats my opinion on them❤️
It's been quite some time since I had the smarty pants so I can't give too much on the opinion as of today... However my second pregnancy I took ritual the entire time and was so happy and pleased with the results!

If you are considering ovulation as day 14 of your cycle, day 15 would be considered 1dpo 😊
No this is incorrect. You ovulate 14 before your NEXT period. If you have a 28 cycle it's 28-14 =14 if you're cycle is 32, it's 32-14= 18.
