Love Clara as a teenager after her makeover. Unfortunately, you have to wait until she's a young adult in order to give her the Ambitious trait. I know it's pretty lame but that's just how the game works. I had to wait until both of my heirs Orville in the Yellow Gen from my NSB Challenge and Clara in the Business Barbie Gen from my Barbie Legacy Challenge are young adults in order to let them have their Ambitious traits.
