Did it increase power or top speed? I want to upgrade my lifan cuz its slow 😂😭😭
oh yea it got up to 60mph it hole shot nicely mostly top end power but the 125 front clutch engines kind of suck for power anyways
Change the rear sprocket easy job 20 pound will do 70 mph with a high lif cam
I broke the stock clutch a year or two ago but it has potential to do 70 but I like the acceleration of the smaller sprocket it had a nice dig off the line @@dylanadshead9257
get a polini 26mm or fake pwk like kipa. you can add velocity stacks on the back to increase airflow and they are flatslide carbs too. works better than nibbi i had my 125cc doing 120kmph before redline. with the correct gearing. you will have to also buy a pwk flange adapter in order to run these types of carbs. and they eat alot more gasoline than a stock carb probably close to double
@@marshallkaufman3123 it would already do 70 mph which is just 120 km/h really you’re already pushing that motor too hard. That’s why the clutch failed.
What's the jetting? Pilot main ?
Main jet was a 115 and the pilot was a 30 the smallest it could go that carb and that’s an elevation of 900 feet from sea level it changes depending on your elevation
30 seems low im running a 38 pilot 90 main on a 22mm id go up thats why it sounds like it misfireing @@thatsnotchuck
no it has a big ass cam in it and a big head and it ran strong af no problems but a few year i had a clutch fail and tore the motor up inside @@user-ek3jd7df8v
What jet size did you use?
#30 pilot jet #115 main jet
@@thatsnotchuck Thanks!
@@thatsnotchuck Was there a big increase in performance? My son has a 2021 SSR 125 and I'm wondering if it's worth getting it.
What elevation?
im about 1000 feet above sea level
Bro how did u put that carb on it
26mm nibbi intake boot and there intake adapter
I need help with installing my nibbi Carb bro
Yoo what pipe u use to install the nibbi I’m trying myself
i used the nibbi intake boot and there adapter and a Tbolt usa 26mm intake-manifold with a heat spacer under that
thatsnotchuck can you please send me the link , I actually just finish putting it on but I used my old intake pipe , I had to trim it down so it’ll fit, , so now my problem is , it’s boggging , I’m trying to figure it out tmm , I just got done putting on my nibbi I’m mad I couldn’t use my nibbi intake pipe
thatsnotchuck I installed one on my bike.n when I rev it on idle it just bogs n shuts off the idle is fine but when I rev it like fully it bogs then shuts off
@@Xnever_5ober the intake will not help the bog u need to change the main jet size with these carbs tuning is everything but use ur sparkplug as a gage if the tip is black its too Rich, if the Sparkplug tip is White its too lean it sound like the bog is from it being too lean when u rev it. Ive got a 26mm carb and the jets im running are main jet - 115 Pilot jet - 30 Also keep fresh sparkplugs on hand they go bad quickly and keep checking valve rocker-arm clearance
1. Does the carb increase performance? 2. I should I put this on my apollo 125cc db-007 dirt bike?
Ik it’s been 3years but yeah it feels like a new engine when you put a nibbbi carb on
@@matthewfallon2288what jets do you run in it I got the 26mm and when I get it a lot of throttle fast, it bogs down bad?
id get a pe 22 ive had the knock off mikuni and they were garbage once i but a nibbi pe 22 in there it fired up first kick
@@prod.sethdaslump1156 yeah that happens to me too and ive been fiddling with it but it all comes down to your elevation cause that will change everything, nibbi ships there carbs a little rich so i would go down a size or two to a 25 or 24 and see if that helps
@@matthewfallon2288 put a 110 main jet in it an runs way better still has a tiny bog think I need to go to a 105
Would you say I would get the same 26mm for my Tao 140cc , or get a 28mm ?
The LongRanger well the bigger carb u go the bottom end will be a pain to tune. A pe26 or pe28 are a great upgrade for the big valved heads. I think try the 26 first i think the 28 will flow too much air and it will be hard to find the right pilot jet really it’s all about turning
thatsnotchuck THANKS FOR REPLY , hard to chat with anyone about this cause they don’t reply . ok you might be right about the tune , but that’s what jets are for no ? . the only reason I want to go with a 28mm is because I don’t want to sacrifice any loss of air the engine has access to , so my idea is that I’ll just have to find proper main jet size in combination with the slow pilot jet size to get perfect gas/air mix . I’m not sure if the 26mm carb is port matched or if it’s bigger\smaller then the bikes intake , if the 26mm is port matched and there is no more of a chance of getting more air/fuel into the engine with a 28 then a 26 , then yess , your completely correct, a 26 is all I will need , I wish I had my bike in front of me already to measure the intake after the stock carburetor on my bike , they say shipping is 7-10 days and it’s already been 2 days sense I placed the order , I just want this bike to run good out of the gate with no restrictions on the intake or exhaust , YOU know what I mean
thatsnotchuck hey bro I purchased a nibbi pwk26 with extra jets . I just decided to play it safe and not waste time and money getting the 28mm and finding out it’s not going to work , I’m hoping this pwk26 will be better then the pe26
How does it run now?
dan kersting very good for a cheap Motor but i need to upgrade the clutch
@@thatsnotchuck did u already upgrade a clutch and how?
Это что за цыганский тюнинг?
63mm it's custom, this wc hole it's full sheet
WTF?
How hard is it to swap the auto for a manual in one of these?
Jensfos it's easy to do but u need a fly wheel clutch manual Axel's the shifer and arms that go with it I got the 5 speed fo 70$ at a junkyard also the 6 speed from the 2003 models but u need the 3.5 clutch and flywheel lmk if u need advice on the thing
thanks man :) I'm looking to buy a 1996 Maxima QX with 226000km's on it (140000miles). The only downside i can see with that particular car, is that it's an auto. Here in Norway there are very few 3.0 maximas, because most of them are 2.0L. I subscribed and liked your video :)
@@jensfos Here in Brazil we got Maximas, but they are quite rare, all 3 liter, and just a handful of them are equipped with manual transmission, and I'll probably get one of those in the next few days.
is it all just flex pipe? 😂 that's sick
From the cat back but yea for now tell I get headers
+thatsnotchuck I have a 96 maxima and I took the pipe off behind the cat as well. I'll have to look into that because the side exit is sick. maybe I'll get a y pipe and do dual out each side
That sounds sick
