Brilliant idea
"PromoSM"
I mean they do look cool. But there are also £80. 4x the price of plastic draws, that also work for breeding. I would love to like this product but at the end of the days the idea was to save money on buying mealworms.
I figured it would be expensive, but did not expect it to be that much! I bought a set of plastic drawers for £7 and converted it the other day.
I want one of these so badly for Christmas they look so awesome ❤❤ thank you for the product video explaining everything.
ANOTHER mealworm video! Seems half the world are raising mealworns!
When removing frass, would I accidentally be throwing eggs away/into my planters?
In short, no. This should not be an issue as you should not remove frass till your trays have semi-mature mealworms - 5+ weeks old. By this stage of development, all of the eggs in the trays will have hatched.
And WHAT is your special feed you are feeding them with beside oats?
Would thus work for waxworms, hornworms and crickets
I don’t think it will work for this kind of bugs. Crickets need something bigger and deeper that way they don’t jump out when you open it. Waxworms and hornworms need something large and looks like a screen for them to become as moths and able to fly around and multiply on plants stuff like that. I hope that helped you some.
@@natbad2009 yup. Decided to go cheaper by making my own container for breeding them
Including mealworms
Just purchased one from the Sacramento reptile show, can’t wait to get to start seeing the results. Thank you and it was great meeting you.
Hope you enjoy using your pods Alysse! :)
Fantastic thank you, have just purchased it.
Hope you enjoy using it Alena! :D
Cool product, very practical
Thank you Jonbliss, glad you like it!
Horrible sound quality.
It's a good design
