The pressure switch needs to be before the filters. If the filters plug up the switch will still see the pump pressure, or the pump will continue to run on, and not let you know something is not right.

What were the symptoms that went along with error codes? Mine is having same codes, but brakes grind when Trac is on but will stop when off after going 25-30, then vehicle lunges when accelerating

I live in northern Michigan which means that area gets a salt spray bath all winter. This causes the seizure of the tiny U-joint. My fix is this: I purchase the cheap F150 lower shaft which fits the rack but nothing else. I cut the the little U- joint yoke with a die grinder being careful not to touch the U - joint caps, which are nothing more than sheet metal stampings, not a machined cap, so they cannot be driven out without damage. On the Flex shaft I use a dremel tool with a burr and remove the staked portions only the drive the old U-joint out, one way only as the staked portion must remain on one side to locate the new U- joint. Use waterproof marine grease, Press it together, re stake the one side and the job is done for $33 for the sacrificial F150 lower shaft as of 8/20/2024

I had this problem & it turned out i was low on transmission fluid. Having too much trans fluid will also make this pop up once the transmission fluid gets too hot ...

Very funny humor to deal with the horror, lol. Just a friendly heads up. Never seal off copper pipe with cement. Cement is acidic and will eventually corrode right through metal piping especially soft copper pipe. Use Flex Seal, expanding foam, or silicone sealant to fill and seal the gaps and cracks around your copper pipes.

Send the bed out to be ground by professionals, scrape the carriage and headstock to match it, and NEVER flake a lathe bed!

Great upgrade! Would you be able to add detail on the resistors and relays you used? I have the same machine and would like to duplicate this mod. Mine is now out of warranty now, so it's time to fix this. Edit: After re watching, i noticed you included the resistor specs. I missed that the first time.
