Jebster's XX10 T-REX - a little drive
got some drive time to see how the new blade lift system works. it is perfect. now I can drive around without the blade catching on every dip in my yard. when I want to plow into something I just drop it down.

Jebster's XX10 TREX blade lift - finished product
zhlédnutí 285Před 3 měsíci
finished fabricating my design. Aluminum blocks with an acutator on each side. when in down position the aluminum "L" is backed against a block to provide support. all every solid and works great.
CROSS RC XX10 TREX front blade lift
zhlédnutí 236Před 4 měsíci
the front blade rides so low it catches on too many things. I wanted a system that can lift it with minimal modifications. I have some actuators on order that will be operated by a free channel on the radio.
XX10 TREX steering

not sure if the issue is too much traction on pavement but the lead axles struggle to turn. so going forward the front two axles barely turn but the rear 3 axles turn fine. in reverse the opposite is true. I have 100kg servos so I can't imagine it is a power issue.

this is a crazy rc. huge with multiple different systems. very happy with the result.
Jebster's rc tonka bulldozer - now with a ripper
zhlédnutí 492Před 9 měsíci
I decided the back of the dozer looked bare so added a ripper. the mounting points on the chassis are aluminum, the ripper arms and teeth mount are 3d printed and the teeth are delrin with aluminum wear tips.

finally finished another rc tonka conversion. decided to go with a dual motor/esc setup with small outrunners. everything is working as expected.
Rhino 80A esc won't calibrate
zhlédnutí 118Před 9 měsíci
I can't get the esc to calibrate to my radio. The first half of the video I had the throttle channel set to normal. In the second half I reversed the channel because I know some ESCs work that way. I'm at a loss.
Jebster's rc sand/snowmobile

first test of the completed vehicle. all appears to be working. obviously skis would turn well on grass but it demonstrates the design.

Seen one of these build at the LHS, it's massive! Unfortunetly, so is the price.
@@thesillypig785 true on both points. Not something you get on a whim
Putz dir mal die Nase, ist ja furchtbar😂
I also agree with the color, I understand it has a good hook at the back, maybe you might want to pull a trailer with it, that could be interesting
Can you post a link to the actuators you purchased. They look great.
www.actuonix.com/l12-30-210-6-r
I did paint the actuator black to make it less visible
Thanks. I am working on the same project. Your design looks great.
Ill never be able to own something like that but grateful to get to see it
When u work for the demolition team
Great the crew is back in the cabin and then the guns shoots again
Friendly fire!
Like your choice of wheels, not perfectly scale, but thus keeping with the spirit of the Tonka base. And with their multitude of bolts, they have an air of High-Tech RC- gear.
Hätte ihn lieber mal im Gelände gesehen, aber toll.
i have no idea what this is but I want it lol
It is crazy and hard to describe but cool!
keren banget
Fantastic 👍👍
That's Cool! Needs out riggers for the artillery guns.
That isn't a bad idea. I may have to look to see if there is room to add that.
cool schönes Teil 👍
It's an absolute beast! I've never seen anything like it before!
Please make some shorts of this. Just do it.
Im slightly speechless.... that's really good. All home grown?
All home grown. This was one of my most complex custom builds I've done. Happy with the results
You were ahead of your time.
Awesome, you must be very happy with it. I bet it will look even better with some more weathering or patina. That'll happen if you keep driving it! Good work. Dont just put it on a shelf....
That would make a cool fire truck.
I could see that. Swap out the howitzers for a ladder and bucket. Could use the existing hydraulics to move it.
Im thinking high powered hoses in place of guns with sealed cabin and oxygen supply. Ya know, for forest fires.
I don’t know what that is but it sure looks cool and I want one!
Are you running the brushed motors that come with the kit? This is the only one I've seen besides Tomleys. It's an awesome rig. I really like the colors you did. Great job!
Yes. I used the stock brushed motors. They have no problem moving it along. And thanks for the complement on color. I think it gave it a unique look.
Really Cool 😎
Wow le monstre , il est magnifique !!!!!
That's gigantic
You can blow the side off your workshop, council willing. Regards Dave
Nice 👍👍🤩🤩🤩🤩
Impressive :)
I've got to admit that is pretty darn cool!!!! Great job, work, engineering, and attention to detail. I am completely blown away by this truck!!!!!
Только Путину не показывай 😅
❤❤❤ camouflage paint ❤❤❤
I didn't get that far yet. So you have to make your own bracket to raise the rake?
The rake is firmly mounted to the chassis in stock form. I wasn't happy with that so I decided to fabricate my own solution. Doing it in a way that requires minimal modifications and tucks away.
Wow, amazing. Awesome job. I'm only as far as the chassis on mine. I just subscribed to your channel. 👍👍👍👍
I loved this build. I hope you enjoy yours.
@jebster33 I do, but it's a lot of work. I made the mistake of starting this while working on other large projects.
Hi, looks great, what was your lighting issue ?
It ended up being a voltage to the receiver issue. I was running 6v but the lights require 7.4v. I just upped the voltage, which the receiver can handle, and that fixed it.
@@jebster33 Cool, thanks. My lights don't work either, i will try that :)
Great!
So cool. I want one bad, but the price.. ugh!
Impressive build! Curious as to the choice of colors...
I agree.
I chose a CAT yellow used for heavy construction equipment. I've done that on a few other large multi axle rigs I have so decided to continue the trend. I didn't want to do the typical olive drab military look.
I really like the colour scheme
Quite a piece of modelling. Nice one. Cheers!
very cool.
😂
So have you fixed it? I have the same issue. It was pushed forward partially manually and now has that same play. RSE is sending me plastic shims where the arm meets that step. Play doesn't seem there, more at motor arm
They sent me shims too. It helped but then the motor crapped out so they sent a replacement for that. Still had play. One thing to check is the spring tension. Mine was cranked down way behind spec when it arrived. I think that is what burned out the motor. Not sure if that contributed to the play.
My drivers side rear pivot bracket lost the pivot stud and I need to replace the entire pivot bracket. How did you remove the Nylock nuts? I can’t get a wrench or even a socket on the damn nut, now room at all with the steps mounted.
That's a really sweet trailer setup!
😍 Promo`SM
Nice job... 😀🙋♂️
Hello Do you have a solution to the problem? I have exactly the same problem with my BC8. Greetings
I don't have an effective solution. I added a glitch buster (capacitor) which helped. Also running with a high amp lipo appears to improve things.
@@jebster33 What kind of capacitor do you have? and where did you install it? thx for the info :)
My driver side works but my passenger side won’t go up 😢 any ideas?
How did you get the tire to the trailer? Did you buy them from the guy who made the cherp or did you get them somewhere else?
I bought a spare pair from the guy who makes the sherp.
@@jebster33 maybe not possible now because there is a war between Russia and Ukraine 😑
Formidable... Yo quiero automatizar el mío... Haces ese trabajo?
Very nice. Cool engineering going on there!
Nice! Using a 'dig' type of trans for the hoist is a really cool idea to drive the bucket into the surface
