I was playing a Stern Spider-Man the other day at a brewery. While it felt great, lights weren’t working, sensors weren’t responding, and the staff didn’t seem to care. Then I came home and played it on my machine and while the experience was slightly different it was just as enjoyable. And I don’t have to worry about that kind of maintenance.

Well what are you using to make the claim that xgc is better? Made from scratch? I don’t see how that matters really. Super nice specs? Are you referring to the new Titan package they offer with the 4070? That is technically more powerful but the biggest difference is the size. Xgc uses a 42” playfield while this is a 49”, giving a more accurate simulation. “Best” is subjective. Is there any reason you think xgc is better besides the upgraded graphics card?

@@chase5546 there was a few things why I chose xgc, I like the that they build them from scratch, not made in china. And they put in the best stuff you can put in a machine. Like 10 solenoids, 144hz screen. 43 inch,Yea I took the Titan package, ryzen 9. 32 ram.and chose it to be build in plywood. And a 4070 Ti graphics card. Plus I also took the 2in1 joysticks so I can play all there 17.000 arcade games on it. Plus the light gun drive, with lightguns. Over 300 lightgun games. And also I took the vr drive. Great to play vr pinball on it. When I first started to search the web and CZcams for the best vp machine in the world I find a few companies building them. And after a lot of reaserch, like reading what people has to say, and watch a lot of videos.I decided that xgc had the best money could buy. I have talked to people that have owned both. So they really know. And they all told me to go for the xgc. For me it’s just that I want people to make up their own mind when they have checked up both companies. Checked there videos on CZcams and read a lot of comments from different people. I can’t say with 100% that xgc makes the best machines in the world. But I always tell people to prove me wrong and show me who makes them better then xgc, so far no one have done that. Xgc only bad thing I can find is the long waiting time. That’s real. But so worth it. Only thing I miss on the xgc machine is the Jukebox. That’s a cool thing to have, maybe I get it myself on the drive. Xgc have 2 drives. One frozen and one I can play around with. Liked your video. And you have a nice machine there.

The hardest part for me was getting it up the stairs. We actually had to hire movers to do it for us as my wife’s arm is hurt and she couldn’t lift it. Once it was up there and legs were installed it was just a matter of plugging in the power to the wall. Very easy to set up!

Yes those are on there, in fact multiple versions of those too. It has basically every real table ever created with the exception of some of the ones that have come out over the last couple of years.

Oh God yes. I haven’t even turned on my 1-ups since I got this. The difference is literally like comparing a pinto to a Ferrari. I’m planning to sell my 1-ups soon actually.

Actually you aren’t paying for the software. You’re paying for the 310lb machine and high end tech that’s in it.

But really good creators made these tables work and I’m sure they didn’t get permission so they are stealing

Thanks a lot! Yeah I’m super impressed with this machine. As far as lag goes I haven’t really experienced any that I noticed. Except for future pinball tables. I’ve been generally staying away from those.

Check the firmware on his machine. He probably did an update that prevents the hack.

I don't know if I'm allowed to help you about that here in the comments section but just check out ebay about it or otherwise look very well on youtube as there is another hack out there even with save states.

Yeah I didn’t know anyone with a Neo Geo or Turbografx (didn’t even know about that one growing up). I would have definitely been interested in Turbografx growing up seeing as how it was more affordable than Neo Geo. I just don’t think it ever got marketed right in the US or anywhere besides Japan.

@@chase5546 only reason it was even a blip on the radar for me was that they sold the turbografx for a little while at the radio shack in town. I got to play Bonk once and was fairly impressed as a kid. I don't remember the turbografx being stocked in kmarts or shopkos or what have you, you're 100% right on the marketing

@@bradybrapples I think it was mainly because Sega and Nintendo were in the midst of their own console war during that time here in the US and no other company could stand up to the marketing coming from both companies. It’s a shame in retrospect. Japan has like 5x the game library on their PC Engine. A lot of those games are amazing.

Yeah man I’ve been struggling for the last 2 days and haven’t got anything, the real problem is that arcade 1 up has a problem with the hylostick team and reported them to I guess the ceo or head of the mvsx company. So that’s why everything is like shut down and hard to find, sucks man but if I do come across it I will be sure to lend a hand brotha.

That’s completely understandable. I don’t believe SNK or Unico have publicly commented on the button layout. I think people are just speculating that there’s 6 buttons for the use of future modding and/or adding games that aren’t Neo Geo. Idk if or when that will happen but that seems to be the logic. I can’t really account for everyone else’s experience, but I’ve been playing mine pretty hard since I got it and I’ve had no issues with the buttons personally, definitely no stuck buttons for me. If you really are a fan of Neo Geo games I can guarantee you won’t be disappointed. And if the buttons are that much of an issue you can always swap them out for higher quality ones. Modders claim it’s super easy.

@@chase5546 just got this played it for 1 hour stuck it back in the box and put on ebay and sold it, the thing is too small it smashes my hand , speakers distorting ,buttons suck & is a piece of shit

@@EMMETTCULLENHALE I’m sorry you didn’t enjoy it. As far as the buttons sticking, I haven’t had that problem and I been playing mine everyday. The option to upgrade them is there however. Also the size is 3/4 comparable to the arcade1ups. The fact you’re paying $500 for a smaller version of a several thousand dollar unit I’d still say it’s a great value especially if you hack it. Speakers can also be upgraded. I found them to be more than loud enough. As far as distortion in sound, I haven’t experienced that unless you’re referring to sound issues present in the original games. I really am sorry you didn’t like it.

You can change the difficulty if you’re in AES mode for these games. Once you boot them up go to options on the start screen. I’ve never heard of adjusting the difficulty while in MVS mode on any system.

I tried that one and it’s ok. It’s like the setting for the Neo Geo minis. I don’t mind it but pixel scaling seems to be the clearest to me.
