Welcome to the Rohingya Cultural Memory Centre music and video CZcams channel. A unique project by the International Organisation for Migration (IOM) preserving Rohingya culture through engaging Rohingya refugee artisans and cultural practitioners to research, document and re/produce their own heritage. The centre provides a cultural platform for Rohingya refugees to express their individual and collective memories, creativity and aspirations that, together, constitute the Rohingya experience. Eid-ul-Fitr is a big celebration for the Rohingya people. Even though they live in the camps of Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh, they still find ways to celebrate with their loved ones.
