Duke is the bomb. Remember the first time I saw him his playing style mixing jazz and blues riffs just floored me. Great player.

When I moved to Boston in the mid-70's. "Roomful of Blues" used to come up from Westerly, RI with his entourage. He had a horn section and a hard core group of followers who could do all that swing and jitterbug dancing. It was magical for me then, and it seems he's kept it up. I did see Roomful about years ago in Boston and the original sax player who used to have a ponytail was bald!

I’m jamming over this for all night long. I’m a blues guitarist for 20 years and very rarely i watched a blues vid on CZcams and took immediately the guitar and start to jam. The fact this vid has almost no comments is beyond me.
